Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Inadequate granular pavement material and depth. Insufficient cross fall and roadside drainage to drain storm water adequately resulting in a rough unsafe running surface.200mm granular resheet, including reshaping of cross fall and roadside drainage.

Arrunge Cresent, Yuelumu - 118639-21NT-RTR
The sealed road has surface cracks, potholes, aggregate strips, repeated patches, and shoulder damages. Therefore this result in lower level of service to community and also lead to higher risk of rapid deterioration of base and subgrade. This road needs resealing.It is proposed to rectify the cracks, potholes and reseal this road with aggregate and polymer modified binder.
Yerrampe Road, Yuelumu - 118635-21NT-RTR
The sealed road has surface cracks, potholes, aggregate strips, repeated patches, and shoulder damages. Therefore this result in lower level of service to community and also lead to higher risk of rapid deterioration of base and subgrade. This road needs resealing.It is proposed to rectify the shoulders, surface cracks, potholes and reseal this road with aggregate and polymer modified binder.
Olive Road, Falcon - 118628-21WA-RTR
Significant cracking in the asphalt leading to an ingress of moisture into an already thin and substandard pavement. Drainage issues leading to ponding along the kerb and at pedestrian access points.Removal of the substandard pavement material and a thickening of the road pavement including a new asphalt surface to address. Replacement of cracked and sunken kerbing, footpath and pedestrian crossings to improve walkability and drainage of ponding water to drainage system.Total cost of proposed project is $414,945
Harlem Place, Greenfields - 118629-21WA-RTR
Cracking, formation deformations and various patching work as a result of heavy vehicle traffic movements within the cul-de-sac.Remove failed materials and replace with quarried sub-base and road base including a wearing course suitable for heavy vehicle turning movements. Sections of kerbing to be replaced to improve drainage and reduce moisture ingress to pavement.Total cost of proposed project is $301,169
Mariners Cove Drive, Dudley Park - 118627-21WA-RTR
Significant cracking and deformation in the pavement layers including sections of cracked and uneven footpaths and kerbing.Removal of substandard pavement material and replace with quarried subbase and road base material including a wearing course suitable for traffic induced stresses at a roundabout. New kerbing and footpath at various locations to address access and protection of the pavement from water ingress.Total cost of proposed project is $378,326
