Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

Sedgwick Avenue , Edgeworth - 119640-22NSW-RTR
Sedgwick Avenue is an existing, aged sealed road located in a high growth area of Lake Macquarie. Due to the heavy traffic usage of this road over time, extensive pavement failures have occurred making ongoing maintenance unviable. Rehabilitation of the road is now required.Road ReconstructionTotal cost of proposed project is $3,909,000
Black Georges Road (rural road) - 119644-22WA-RTR
This section of the road has poor shape and very little gravel.Clear table and cut off drains then grade and form the existing road surface so that it has a 6 percent crossfall in each direction from the crown then import new gravel, water bind and compact it to form a minimum 100 milimetre thick layer.
Bolands Lane (Rural Road) - 119633-22NSW-RTR
Sections of the road pavement have come to the end of their useful life, significant defects are present.Heavy patching and resealing of defects.
Hutchinson Street, Albion - 119628-22VIC-RTR
The existing road pavement exhibits oxidation and areas of significant cracking, loss of aggregate and longitudinal roughness. In addition, significant lengths of concrete kerbing are in a poor condition.The project includes the following major aspects - Rehabilitation of 470 metres of existing pavement and resurfacing with asphalt, reconstruction of 975 metres of kerb and channel, reconstruction of existing vehicle crossings where required, reconstruction of all damaged footpath, construction of 350 metres of underground drainage.Total cost of proposed project is $893,520
Nugent Road (Rural Road) - 119426-22TAS-RTR
Upgrade will improve safety for all road users by improving the level of service of Nugent Road form unsealed to resealed road. The reconstruction works include improvements to road side drainage.Lime stabilisation and pavement works for approximately 1300m of Nugent Road. Works include; sealing of an existing gravel road, providing a FCR base overlay, application of a two coat seal and improving road sign drainage.Total cost of proposed project is $685,000
Mary Elie Street, Port Pirie - 119638-22SA-RTR
Failure of asphalt surface and pavementRoad segment to be profiled (full width) to a depth of 50mm, rehabilitation of pavement material, construct with new asphalt
Sodwalls Tarana Road, (rural road) - 119621-22NSW-RTR
Sealed Road with major potholing and heavy patching.Construction of pavement and application of two-coat bitumen seal in select patches, for a length of 5 metres, over a total length of 13,800 metres.
Wirilda Crescent, Traralgon - 119648-22VIC-RTR
Aging infrastructure to be renewed. Substantial pavement failures throughout length.Full reconstruction of round about pavement and asphalt patching and sealing between chainage 670 and chainage 928.Total cost of proposed project is $366,313
Wheatley Coast Road, Quinninup - 119653-22WA-RTR
The geometric alignment of the existing road does not meet Ausroads Guidelines and the sealed surface is failing.Undertake a feature survey of the road reserve, redesign the road so that the geometry meets the requirements of Ausroads Guidelines then reconstruct the road and drainage with a 9 metre pavement width and a 7 metre wide spray sealed surface. Place guideposts, roadside signage and guideposts.Total cost of proposed project is $513,924
Loyetea Road, Loyetea (Rural Rd) - 119650-22TAS-RTR
Existing timber bridge has reached the end of its useful life.Replacement of existing single lane timber bridge with a single lane concrete bridge. Length 12.0m Width 5.0mTotal cost of proposed project is $337,000
