Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Taldora Road, Julia Creek. - 120232-22QLD-RTR
Ageing bitumen seal and loss of cover aggregate results in potholes and pavement failures. A reseal is required to protect the pavement and extend the asset life.Single coat reseal width 4 - 5m
Littlefields Road, Mulgoa - 119949-22NSW-RTR
The road was originally constructed in 1972 and is already failed with numerous potholes and patching due to the increasing traffic and inadequate pavement materialsIt is proposed to widen and heavy patch the pavement where required and to provide 50mm asphalt overlay for a length of 400 metres and a width of 7.5 metres.
Swallow Drive, Erskine Park - 119947-22NSW-RTR
The road was originally constructed in 1980 and is already failed with numerous potholes and patching due to the increasing traffic and inadequate pavement materialsIt is proposed to mill pavement to a depth of 130mm and to provide 130mm deeplift asphalt pavement for a length of 350 metres and a width of 12.1 metres.
Bringelly Road, Kingswood - 119946-22NSW-RTR
The road was originally constructed in 1977 and is already failed with numerous potholes and patching due to the increasing commercial traffic and inadequate pavement materials.It is proposed to mill a pavement to a depth of 175mm and to fill with asphalt for a length of 190 metres and a width of 16.2 metres.

Poor sealed road surface and narrow road shouldersRehabilitate existing pavement, form road shoulders and reseal.
Dalton Street, Orange - 120291-22NSW-RTR
Poor pavement quality and rough surface.Remove and replace pavement
Boronia Drive, Annandale - 120276-22QLD-RTR
The existing asphalt surface has reached the end of its serviceable life and is displaying multiple defects including significant cracking and unevenness. Intervention is now required to ensure the functional condition of the roadway and preserve the life of the underlying pavement.Mill and replace the asphalt surface. The quantity is approximately 780m2.
Nelia Bunda Road (Rural Road), - 120234-22QLD-RTR
The road becomes inaccessible when the road has as little as 15 millimeters of rain on the road due to black soil. The proposed works will allow greater access by heavy vehicles (cattle transport) and property owners year round.Gravel sheet 150mm, 5m width, for 6km.Total cost of proposed project is $281,267
Byrimine Road (Rural Road), - 120233-22QLD-RTR
The road becomes inaccessible when the road has as little as 15 millimeters of rain on the road sue to black soil. The proposed works will allow greater access by heavy vehicles (cattle transport) and property owners year round.Preparation light formation works followed by gravel re sheeting and sealing. Formation 6m Seal 5m.Total cost of proposed project is $414,128
Allendale Drive, Alligator Creek - 120296-22QLD-RTR
This section of Allendale Drive is displaying significant areas of unevenness and deformation mostly in the outer wheel paths. This section is on a large sweeping bend, vehicles are exposed to hazards including rough surface/rideability and in the wet events aquaplaning due to water ponding and high traffic speeds.Full width road insitu stabilisation with 2 coat seal.
