Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

The section on Wolfram Road where the work is taking place is a narrow, single lane bitumen road where vehicles need to drive on the unsealed shoulders when passing.Propose to widen the existing 1550m section of road to a sealed width of 7.5m. Works will include the widening of the existing culverts to accommodate the new width of the road and line marking.

Existing seal has reached end of life and has significant cracking and edge failures.Reseal existing seal with 6.2 m wide bitumen seal
Booth Road (rural road) - 121491-22NSW-RTR
Existing road is an unsealed rural road that acts as a bypass access to Lake Cargelligo when Lake Cargelligo Road is closed due to flooding. The existing surface is a natural surface and is impassable in wet weather for heavy vehicles.Road is being reshaped and 100 mm of gravel will be added to the new formation.
Crosbys Lane, Mansfield, VIC 3722 - 118072-21VIC-RTR
Pavement degradation has resulted in hazardous conditions for road users and the lack of sufficient material has made it difficult for the road crews to adequately maintain the road.Roadside Preparation, road surface stabilisation and preparation, reseal with flexible pavement mix to increase service life and improve safety.
Macedon and Mitchell Shire Roads
This project will upgrade and improve roads across the Macedon Ranges and Mitchell Shire regions.Roads to be upgraded in the Macedon Ranges Shire Council include Old Lancefield Road, Woodend, Murphy Street, Romsey, Sutherlands Road, Clarkefield and Fersfield Road, Gisborne. Roads to be upgraded in the Mitchell Shire Council include: Darraweit Road and Wellington Street, Wallan.
Swanson Street, Hughenden - 121511-22QLD-RTR
This section of road has become rough and has potholes due to pavement failures.Road will be constructed with a full engineered survey, two coat bitumen seal and new kerb and channel.
