Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Boomerang Ave, Albion Park Rail - 103073-19NSW-RTR
This section of road experiences significant traffic movements due to the operations of the Illawarra Regional Airport. The road is also not formalised, causing the road surface to suffer early deterioration due to poorly managed stormwater flows as well as providing minimal delineation for pedestrian movement both from parked and moving traffic. Once the works have been undertaken, the road will offer increased safety to both vehicles and pedestrians through an upgraded road pavements and formalisation of the carriageway.Formalise 120m of roadway: including driving surface and pavement upgrade and installation of kerb and gutter. Project will be undertaken in conjunction with the formalisation of Hargraves Ave - also an R2R funded project.
Hargraves Avenue, Albion Park Rail - 103074-19NSW-RTR
This section of road experiences significant traffic movements due to the operations of the Illawarra Regional Airport. The road commencs as one-way traffic from Princes Hwy but changes to two-way traffic at chainage 160m from Princes Hwy. The road is also not formalised, causing the road surface to suffer early deterioration due to poorly managed stormwater flows as well as providing minimal delineation for pedestrian movement both from parked and moving traffic. Once the works have been undertaken, the road will offer increased safety to both vehicles and pedestrians through an upgraded road pavements and formalisation of the carriageway.Formalise 120m of roadway: including driving surface and pavement upgrade and installation of kerb and gutter and installation of traffic facilities to manage one-way/two-way traffic interface. Project will be undertaken in conjunction with the formalisation of Boomerang Ave - also an R2R funded project.
