Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

The pavement is experiencing serve deformation which is significantly reducing the ride performance of the section. Bundy Road, (Rural Road) - 103031-19NSW-RTR
Heavy vehicles are getting dry bogged on top of sand hills between these chainages in drought time and stock movements are being restricted for graziers. From chainages 10.7 kilometres to 13.2 kilometres from the Mitchell Highway the road has large sharp rocks causing much damage to motorists tyres.Gravel sand hills with a material that will compact and set hard to bridge over the sandy hills to allow heavy vehicles access and egress. Import material spread at 6 metre width and 200 millimetres thick, water, roll and compact. At 10.7 kilometre to 13.2 kilometres from Mitchell Highway import finer gravel , spread to 150 millimetre width, water ,roll and compact.
Werribee Vale Rd - 102779-19VIC-RTR
This segment of road is experiencing a large increase in vehicle traffic with the existing road conditions not suitable to cater for this. The road pavement is deteriorating and the road geometry is substandard.General pavement rehabilitation and widening, formalisation of existing drainage infrastructure and other associated road safety measures.Total cost of proposed project is $2,121,598
Hazelgrove Road, Tarana - 102940-19NSW-RTR
Road Pavement has deteriorated and not wide enough to safely accommodate for increase traffic movements. Additional drainage structures required.Widen existing road pavement and shoulders. Correct pavement cross-fall and longitudinal gradients and rehabilitate the total 1.82km of road pavement. Improve drainage, guide post, signage and provide two coat bitumen seal and line marking.Total cost of proposed project is $395,000
Willdah Road (Rural Road) - 102939-19NSW-RTR
Narrow formation width of 6m. Narrow bitumen seal of 3.5m, Significant pavement failure, edge drop off. Significant heavy vehicle route between Trangie and Narromine.Widen formation to 8m, Rip, reshape existing road and overlay with gravel pavement 0.15 m thick. Provide bitumen seal 7.0m wide. Double coat bitumen seal 14mm/7mm
