The Government is working in partnership with states and territories to deliver a credible and sustainable pipeline of projects which support a range of economic and social objectives, including productivity and resilience, sustainability and liveability.

Galway Grove, Tranmere - 102947-19SA-RTR

To address the structural integrity of the road pavement due to soil movement from very reactive soil. This road has a severe environmental deformation and cracking with moderate load induce cracking. Surface texture has a severe defect. Council's Pavement Management System has indicated that this road is warranted for total road reconstruction.The work will involve a full road reconstruction by total excavation of road base and replacement with a deeper granular pavement to ensure the structure and integrity of the road from possible future soil movement. The works include replacing existing kerbs, driveway, traffic control and improving the drainage system. The road pavement being treated is 340m in length and 7.2m in width.Total cost of proposed project is $317,262

Day Street, Paradise - 102948-19SA-RTR

Kukerin Road (rural road) - - 101997-19WA-RTR

Road is currently unsealed and works proposed are to seal this section. This is the first stage of a 5 year program to seal this road in its entirety. This road goes into the Dumbleyung Shire and has been fully sealed from their boundary through to Kukerin. The road is high traffic, being the connecting road between Kukerin and Nyabing townsites for sporting and community events; the main grain heavy vehicle route to Bunge and Cooperative Bulk Handling facilities; school bus route.Reform drainage and pavement; Improve drainage; fresh gravel sheet; compact; seal. Installation of signage and guideposts.Total cost of proposed project is $242,313

The pavement is experiencing serve deformation which is significantly reducing the ride performance of the section. Drainage along the roadside is insufficient and affecting the pavement.Rehabilitation of the existing pavement, construction of shoulders, improvements to drainage.Total cost of proposed project is $650,000

Bundy Road, (Rural Road) - 103031-19NSW-RTR

Heavy vehicles are getting dry bogged on top of sand hills between these chainages in drought time and stock movements are being restricted for graziers. From chainages 10.7 kilometres to 13.2 kilometres from the Mitchell Highway the road has large sharp rocks causing much damage to motorists tyres.Gravel sand hills with a material that will compact and set hard to bridge over the sandy hills to allow heavy vehicles access and egress. Import material spread at 6 metre width and 200 millimetres thick, water, roll and compact. At 10.7 kilometre to 13.2 kilometres from Mitchell Highway import finer gravel , spread to 150 millimetre width, water ,roll and compact.
