Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Existing 10 metre wide bitumen seal is well past its useful life and is badly deteriorated, impacting vehicle ride and handling.Rip up existing pavement, form and reshape and relay with new bitumen as currently the road is in a very poor unsafe condition. School bus route including alternative route for heavy haulage.
Winnejup Road (Rural Road) - 104180-19WA-RTR
The crest has extremely inadequate line of sight and a narrow existing 4m wide bitumen seal causing vehicular conflicts.It is proposed to widen and bitumen seal the crest to 7 metres over a length of 100 metres. Approaches to the crest will be widened and sealed to 7 metres tapering down to the existing 4 metre seal width.Total cost of proposed project is $128,215
Kulikup Road South (Rural Road) - 104199-19WA-RTR
The section of road has negligible sub-base and is down to sandy sub-grade with some natural rock protruding. This results in rapid deterioration of the road pavement, impacting driving conditions and maintenance costs.Gravel re-sheeting of the section specified with 250 mm of gravel.
Terry Road (Rural Road) - 104200-19WA-RTR
The bend has very limited line of sight and is narrow with a steep raised embankment on the west side and a steep drop-off on the east side. Vehicles tend to drive in the middle of the road through this section which is hazardous given the line of sight problem.It is proposed to remove material from the embankment on the west side to improve line of sight and widen the road.
Glenwood Park Drive, Glenwood - 104189-19NSW-RTR
The existing pavement is showing signs of distress like crocodile cracking and shoving.Reconstruction of existing pavement with some kerb and gutter repair.
Railway Road, Marayong - 104191-19NSW-RTR
Existing road pavement has reached the end of the serviceable life and is demonstrating signs of cracking and edge failure.Proposed treatment is to mill and fill existing road pavement with asphalt concrete for full length and some kerb and gutter repair work.
Metella Road, Toongabbie - 104194-19NSW-RTR
The existing pavement is showing signs of distress like crocodile cracking and rutting.Reconstruction of existing pavement with some kerb and gutter repair.
Breakfast Road, Marayong - 104195-19NSW-RTR
The existing pavement is showing signs of distress like crocodile cracking and rutting.Reconstruction of existing pavement.
