Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

The existing surfacing is in poor condition. Longitudinal cracks, potholes, patches, rutting defects and severe settlements observed in River End Road.Road maintenance including resurfacing and major patching application.
Leece Road, Uralla - 104137-19NSW-RTR
The existing single lane bitumen road (3 metres wide) has a very low strength pavement, high shoulder on one side, poor drainage, resulting in pavement failures and reduced road safety for road users.Pavement design, reconstruction and stabilisation of the existing single lane formation, pavement widening to 6 metres, additional of base course gravel and single lane bitumen seal.
Chapel Road, Keysborough - 104145-19VIC-RTR
Access in and around the Keysborough South Primary School site will be a major consideration. This project will provide a safe crossing point for students and better control of vehicle movements through the Homeleigh Road and Chapel Road intersection.This project includes widening of Chapel Road on the approaches to the intersection with Homeleigh Road for the construction of traffic signals at the intersection of Homeleigh Road and Chapel Road in Keysborough. This project includes; traffic signals, street lighting, road pavement, shared user path, drainage pipes and pits, undergrounding of OH power lines, Signage and LinemarkingTotal cost of proposed project is $1,573,862
Abercrombie Road, (rural road) - 104138-19NSW-RTR
Existing bitumen seal has deteriorated, requires new bitumen reseal to improve surface conditions.Engage a bitumen sealing contractor to bitumen reseal 2.2km length (18,000sq/m) of road pavement.
Lois Lane - White Gum Valley - 104129-19WA-RTR
Aged Asphalt identified in asset assessment with high ongoing maintenance costs to maintain safe access along Lois Lane. Condition Rating at 18/19 - 4DGA30mm Mill and Fill.
Market street, Walla Walla - 104149-19NSW-RTR
Pavement has deteriorated, surface is very rough and requires reconstruction.Remove kerb and channel, remove 50mm of existing pavement, cut and fill to obtain design levels. reconstruct pavement and reinstall kerb and channel to design heights, install spoon drains as per design, final trim pavement and apply seal.
Graham Road, Coleambally (Rural Road) - 103408-19NSW-RTR
Existing pavement requires resheeting with an all weather road construction material.Resheeting with gavel/road base material mix to a depth of approximately 100mm, grade to shape, roll and compact.
Old Corowa Road, Jerilderie (Rural Road) - 103409-19NSW-RTR
Existing pavement requires resheeting with an all weather road construction material.Resheeting with gravel/road base material mix to a depth of approximately 100mm, grade to shape, roll and compact.
Peel Road, O'Connor - 104130-19WA-RTR
Aged asphalt with potholing and cracking identified in asset assessment. Condition rating as at 18/19 - 4Mill & replace 40mm asphalt full pavement rebuild in two areas: Small section at Peel Road/Keegan Street Intersection and small section between 0.04km and 0.055km east of the intersection of Peel Road and Stock Road. Adjustment of drainage levels to address localised safety concerns.
