Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Mount Harris Road (Rural Road) - 104973-19NSW-RTR
Road safety is the major concern on this road. The existing pavement is narrow, in poor condition with significant edge breaks and drop-offs. This section of the road is part of a school bus route and carries small volumes of heavy vehicles.works will include the full rehabilitation of road pavement and reinstatement of a 2 coat bitumen seal to a width of 6m. it will include required table drain works and tieing in with recent intersection upgrade works completed by RMS.Total cost of proposed project is $237,529
Walsh Road (Rural Road) - 104972-19NSW-RTR
Road Safety and Heavy Vehicle Access are the two issues with this road. The existing pavement is narrow and in poor condition. This section of road is part of a school bus route and a section of the road carries small/medium volume of heavy vehicles. It will also allow an increase in heavy vehicle access along the first section up to Carver road to B-Double access.Works will include the full rehabilitation of road pavement and reinstatement of a 2 coat bitumen seal to a width of 7m up to Carver Road, and then 6m from Carver to Ciavarella Road. The intersection of Walsh and Carver Road will require geometric road upgrade as well as drainage augmentation works.
Beer Road - (Rural Road) - 104979-19NSW-RTR
This is an unsealed road. It is very busy and requires regular maintenance to suppress dust. The road is very slippery when wet.Construct and seal 1.64 km of Beer Road.
10 Mile Road (Rural Road) - 104959-19NT-RTR
Road is currently a flat bladed track with no formation and drainage causing flooding preventing access for the community.Full formation and compaction of sub grade using material won from windrows. Haul gravel to a depth of 200mm and width of 6 meters. Form and compact. Construct associated drainage.
Old Eltham Road, Lower Plenty (Stage 3) - 104968-19VIC-RTR
Extensive pavement failure due to water penetration from table drains. Road is in a rural environment and is classified as a collectorRepair pavement failures to maintain pavement integrity,improve drainage system to prevent water penetration and resurface road section.
Nappers Road (Rural Road) - 104905-19SA-RTR
Existing base course lacking in depth of material causing disintegration of surface and unsafe trafficability.Reform and rebuild surfaces to include adequate drainage and increase safety for all vehicle masses.
