Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Calwynyardah - Noonkanbah Road, Rural Road - 104956-19WA-RTR
Drainage has ceased working correctly and stock grid at this location has become damaged. lead up to stock grid also requires extra material on approach and exit.Carry out work to clean drainage reinforce stock grid and provide extra sheeting on approaches and exit to stock grid for larger vehicles to be able to travel safely through the area.
Brushwood South Road (rural road) - 105009-19NSW-RTR
This section of road has inferior subgrade and has suffered extensive deformation and cracking as a result of increased heavy vehicle movements. The existing pavement displays extensive edge damage on sections that have not received heavy patching. The edge damage involves deep drop offs and breaking away of the seal into the travel path.Rehabilitate road by excavating unsuitable material, adding suitable crushed gravel, stabilise road subgrade, grade and roll to desired shape and compaction, followed by a bitumen seal. Clear culverts, mitres, tabledrains and reinstate missing guide posts.
Mirrool South Road (Rural Road) - 105008-19NSW-RTR

Other issues that the works are addressing are speed and safety concerns and reducing the need to have enforcement officers (i.e. Police) in the area to control traffic.The proposal is for the installation of a series of six flat-top style road humps along Darnley Grove.Total cost of proposed project is $90,000
Earlwood Drive, Wheelers Hill - 104935-19VIC-RTR
Road Safety Issues caused by motorists using local streets to avoid trafic congestion on arterial roads. Other issues that the works are addressing are speed and safety concerns and reducing the need to have enforcement officers (i.e. Police)in the area to control traffic.The proposal is for the installation of a series of 5 flat-top style road humps along Earlwood Drive.Total cost of proposed project is $75,000
Blackwood Drive, Wheelers Hill - 104936-19VIC-RTR
Road Safety Issues caused by motorists using local streets to avoid traffic congestion on arterial roads. Other issues that the works are addressing are speed and safety concerns and reducing the need to have enforcement officers (i.e. Police) in the area to control traffic.The proposal is for the installation of three flat-top style road humps along Blackwood Drive.Total cost of proposed project is $45,000
Academy Avenue, Wheelers Hill - 104937-19VIC-RTR
Road Safety Issues caused by motorists using local streets to avoid traffic congestion on arterial roads. Other issues that the works are addressing are speed and safety concerns and reducing the need to have enforcement officers (i.e. Police) in the area to control traffic.The proposal is for the installation of two flat-top style road humps along Academy Avenue.Total cost of proposed project is $30,000
Boston Street, Ashwood - 105010-19VIC-RTR
The road has a large amount of cracks and the surface is in poor condition. To extend the life maintenance is required including some repair to the kerb and channel to improve drainage and access into properties.Resheeting of the road surface and minor concrete works.Total cost of proposed project is $44,694
Newton Street, Chadstone - 105011-19VIC-RTR
