Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Avenue of the Americas, Newington - 130378-24NSW-RTR
The existing surface is affected by cracking, deformation and pavement failures. There are number of old patches and utility trenches, which makes the road surface rough.The proposed treatment includes reconstruction of existing road pavement with asphalt and full resurfacing of the road. Length = 350 m; Width = 7.2 m; Area = 2520 m2. The project will be jointly funded by Roads to Recovery and City of Parramatta Council.Total cost of proposed project is $280,809
Arcadian Circuit, Carlingford - 130377-24NSW-RTR
The existing surface is affected by wide-spread areas of crocodile cracks, surface deformation and pavement failures. The surface is old and brittle and prone to development of potholes. Some sections of kerb and gutter are displaced and need to be repaired.The proposed treatment includes repair of isolated sections of kerb and gutter, strengthening of existing road pavement by replacement of substandard material with asphalt and full resurfacing of the road. Length = 277 m; Width = 7 m; Area = 1939 m2.
Phelans Lane, Moe - 130354-24VIC-RTR
Pavement has reached end of lifeFull depth concrete road pavement to be constructed with upgrade to drainage and installation of one light. This is a jointly funded project with funding from both Roads to Recovery and own funding (cost to rates).Total cost of proposed project is $257,952
Torres Street, Newborough - 130355-24VIC-RTR
Failed wearing surfaceRemoval of existing wearing surface and replace with asphalt overlay. This is a jointly funded project with funding from both Roads to Recovery and own funding (cost to rates).Total cost of proposed project is $215,146
Eastern Road, Traralgon - 130352-24VIC-RTR
Pavement failures and wearing course requires renewal.Remove and replace asphalt at 150 mm depth. This is a jointly funded project with funding from both Roads to Recovery and own funding (cost to rates).Total cost of proposed project is $407,150
