Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Greenstone Way, Boddington - 130330-24WA-RTR
The existing seal is showing wear and tear. The surface has been treated for crack repairs and now is in need of a reseal to protect the existing pavement.It is proposed to reseal the existing pavement with crumb rubber seal and 10 mm stone.

The existing seal is showing wear and tear, it is also at the end of its useful life and need a reseal to protect the existing pavement.It is proposed to reseal the existing pavement with crumb rubber seal and a 10 mm stone, some repairs on damages to the pavement due to tree root systems will also take place.
Gordon St, Aramac - 130318-24QLD-RTR
Road and footpaths. The ground is all uneven the town has lots of elderly people with walkers etc and lots of trips and falls have been reported to council with the uneven ground as this street is the main street of town with the bank, post office, general store and chemist all on one side of this street. We will be doing up the street in block stages.Project to revitalisation of Aramac main street. Construction of new road, footpaths, and street beautification. Project would be a major community consultation project, concept design, detailed design on to construction staging. Council to fund the balance of the project. First year of the project will be consultation with the community and design; second year will be road and footpath construction.Total cost of proposed project is $420,000
Jungawa Road (Rural Road) - 053721-14NT-RTR
Jungawa Road is extensively used by local community and for cattle transport business and tourists. Water is pooling in several localities presenting a significant hazard to motorists and restricting access to the school, cattle business and tourism industry.Pavement upgrade from unsealed to sealed road. *Actual start date is Oct 2014 but entered as June 2014 for operational purposes as system cannot be set to show dates after 30 June 2014 due to programming constraints even though councils have until 31 December 2014 to spend funds.Total cost of proposed project is $1,000,000
Mosher Way, Pegs Creek - 130335-24WA-RTR
Cracked, misaligned and protruding kerbs along the full length of road.Full replacement of kerbing both sides of the road.Total cost of proposed project is $368,934
Gruyere Road, Gruyere - 130146-24VIC-RTR
There has been a significant increase in commercial vehicle traffic which has caused further deterioration of the road condition.Rehabilitation of existing pavement with drainage and minor road widening works.
Twelfth Street, Gawler South - 130328-24SA-RTR
Long standing stormwater ponding issues as there is inadequate underground drainage system. Kerb and gutters are cracked, crushed, lifted or misaligned. The bitumen seal has deteriorated resulting in potholing, cracking and depressions which has created a safety risk for road users.Upgrade and extend underground stormwater drainage system, renew kerb and gutter and reseal car parking lanes. State Government’s Department of Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) will undertake deep patching and resealing road traffic lanes. This is a jointly funded project using RTR funds and the own funds of the Town of Gawler.Total cost of proposed project is $995,000
Iceworks Lane, Willoughby - 130341-24NSW-RTR
Existing pavement has deteriorated. Cracks have developed along the road pavement with the surface stone stripping, requiring resurfacing.Surface area of 440 sqm to be removed and 60 mm AC 14 and 40 mm AC10 asphalt to be laid. Replacement of road markings.Total cost of proposed project is $43,139
Leane Drive, Eltham - 130201-24VIC-RTR
Sealed pavement rehabilitation required as identified by Councils Pavement Management System. The existing sealed surface is approaching the end of its life.Profile existing sealed surface where required, apply new asphalt wearing course over full width of existing pavement, then reinstate pavement marking and signage.

Sealed pavement rehabilitation required as identified by Councils Pavement Management System.
