Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

Wastall Avenue, Stirling North - 132821-25SA-RTR
Sections of roadway have been flagged in our Asset Management Data as requiring resealing.Two coat bitumen spray seal (10/5 mm aggregate with crumbed rubber binder). Council will allocate it's own funds from existing capital renewal budgets to meet the total project cost.Total cost of proposed project is $58,046
Maple Street, Caulfield South - 132824-25VIC-RTR
Approximately 170 m long concrete kerb and channel and 1230 sqm of roads are in a dilapidated condition. The roads have deteriorated over the years and uneven, showing signs of failures. Vehicle crossovers damaged as well as some scraping of road pavement. There is no underground drainage system in Maple Street to drain the stormwater discharge from properties and road surface runoff to underground pits and pipes.The work involves installing new kerb and channels, reconstructing failed pavement sections, installing underground drains, filling drainage trenches and constructing pavements, providing adequate drainage to the street and asphalt surfacing. This is a joint project, Glen Eira City Council contributing $68,004 of the total project cost.Total cost of proposed project is $384,115
Mooree Road (Rural Road) - 132841-25VIC-RTR
Narrow sealed road with narrow shoulders. The road pavement is old and failing. There are two significant quarries that access this road resulting in large number of truck movements mixed with local agricultural traffic.Reconstruct and widen this section of road including 6.2 m wide primer seal.
Inkster Road (Rural Road) - 132855-25SA-RTR
Road is corrugated, bony and potholed. Re-sheeting with limestone rubble to 150 mm for the length of the road.
Graham Street, Birdsville - 130379-24QLD-RTR
Sealed surfaced on town street within Birdsville are aging with a number of defects beginning to show affecting the road condition for road users.Bitumen reseal & reseal prep works including pothole batching & surface correction.
Rollands Plains Road, Telegraph Point - 131764-24NSW-RTR
The 50 mm DGS20 overlay and 200 mm depth strengthen the pavement, fix structural failures, and improve surface condition. Geotech assessment ensures suitability and long-term performance.Apply a nominal 50 mm DGS20 overlay, 200 mm deep, which includes pavement surfacing (PS) and line marking. PMHC Ops to engage the Geotechnical team for further assessment.Total cost of proposed project is $1,050,000
Lord Street, Caulfield East - 131850-25VIC-RTR

Archers Rd (Rural Road) - 132817-25WA-RTR
The deterioration of the existing gravel surface due to loss of surface material over time, as well as improving drainage and enhancing rideability and vehicle safety, particularly for the increasing heavy vehicle traffic.Gravel re-sheet to 200 mm compacted over a 9-10 m formation with a 7 m wide pavement. These works allow for verge mulching, drain reformation and cleaning, culvert extensions, correction of crossfall/camber, guide post and signage replacement/renewal.
Gonn Road (Rural Road) - 132833-25NSW-RTR
Failure of existing seal.Reseal existing pavement width to prevent further damage to the pavement and improving functionality.Total cost of proposed project is $217,000
Sugar Bag Road, Little Mountain - 132867-25QLD-RTR
The proposed section has the following defects: significant crocodile cracking, large depressions and/or potholes. The existing surface is old and oxidised. There are moderate failures in both the surface and pavement structure. Deep lift asphalt reconstruction.
