Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Tree root intrusion is causing blockage and overflow issues at intersection. Clear and then reline pipe.
Blyth Street - 053800-14VIC-RTR
Unsealed road is very rough and in need of additional pavement materialTo add 150 millimetres layer of new gravel material and regrade to improve current standard. Proposed length of work is an approximate distance of 900 metres
Nacurrie Road South (Rural Road) - 132886-25NSW-RTR
Unsealed roads with material loss and poor road formation are slippery when wet, corrugations / potholes appear and the rate of further road deterioration is increased. This results in heavy vehicles, buses and other road users leaving the roadway, potentially getting stuck, vehicle damage and near misses.Resheet with a minimum 75mm depth of crushed rock or limestone. Shape road formation to improve roadside drainage, 4-6% crossfall and a minimum 5m pavement width plus shoulders.
Dairy Plains Road, Dairy Plains - 132893-25TAS-RTR
Sections of the road pavement along Dairy Plains Road have failed and are creating unsafe conditions for road users. Reconstruction of approximately 1,400 m section of failed road pavement.
Emu Plains Road, Westbury - 132895-25TAS-RTR
Sections of the road pavement along Emu Plains Road have failed and are in poor condition creating unsafe road conditions for road users. Reconstruction of a failed section of road pavement, approximately 500 m in total.
Narrewillock-Quambatook Road (Rural Road) - 132911-25VIC-RTR
Gravel road has deteriorated and requires gravel. Gravel resheet 2.550 km of Narrewillock-Quambatook Road at 6 m wide.
Poison Hill Rd (Rural Road) - 132822-25WA-RTR
The deterioration of the existing gravel surface due to loss of surface material over time, as well as improving drainage and enhancing rideability and vehicle safety, particularly for school buses.Gravel re-sheet to 200 mm compacted over a 9-10 m formation with a 7 m wide pavement. These works allow for verge mulching, drain reformation and cleaning, culvert extensions, correction of crossfall/camber, guide post and signage replacement/renewal.
Kenny Rd (Rural Road) - 132823-25WA-RTR
