Yarrabung Road, St Ives - 133385-25NSW-RTR
Section of the road is in poor condition with crocodile cracks, rutting and high roughness causing safety concerns to road users. Council have received requests to improve the road and detailed investigation confirmed that pavement structure requires significant improvement to meet the level of services for the community. The project entails reconstructing the pavement structure between Hunter Avenue and Kelvin Road. Works will involve excavating 150 mm of the existing pavement and reconstructing it with a 100 mm base layer of AC20 asphalt concrete, topped with a 50 mm AC14 asphalt wearing course. The scope also includes kerb and gutter replacement to protect the road pavement, along with the reinstatement of existing line markings and signage. Balance to be funded by Council.
Gunn Street, West Busselton - 133394-25WA-RTR
The 40-year-old road seal and kerb is in a very poor condition being severely worn and aged. The road drainage also needs to be improved. The end of the road is small and does not allow for large vehicle turn around. The road will be re-profiled and given an asphalt overlay with the construction of cul-de-sac at the end. There will also be drainage improvements, and the kerb will be replaced.
Cape Naturalist Road - 133401-25WA-RTR

Broadway, Crawley - 133410-25WA-RTR
Asset condition indicates requirement of road reconstruction and reseal. The scope of works comprises the excavation of approximately 300 square metres to remove the existing tram tracks and buried timber sleepers. Following excavation, the area will be backfilled, compacted, and asphalted. In addition, the project includes the removal of the existing road surface over an area of approximately 1,050 square metres and the placement of 1,350 square metres of new asphalt. This includes asphalt woks on the excavated area. The additional funding required to complete the project will be provided by the City of Perth.
