Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Noble Street, Noble park - 134071-25VIC-RTR
The existing surface is in sever condition. Crocodile cracks, longitudinal cracks and pavement failure observed in Noble Street.Road maintenance including minimal Kerb renewal work, resurfacing with Asphalt reinforcement interlayer and major patching application.
Lions Drive, Mudgee - 134076-25NSW-RTR
The road formation and seal is narrow and the road pavement is in poor condition with seal cracking, edge drops and potholes an ongoing problem.Rehabilitation of the road to widen and strengthen the pavement, providing an 8m seal on a 9m pavement and good drainage throughout.
Longshaw Circuit, Canning Vale, - 134078-25WA-RTR
Improve the operation of the drainage network and impede tree root intrusion.Clear and then line 36 m of 300 mm pipes.
Cumberland, South and Inner West Rail Upgrades and Housing Enablement – Planning
The project will support delivery of three key infrastructure planning priorities in South West Sydney:•    Outer South West Housing Enablement Development Program•    New Cumberland Line Program Preliminary Business Case•    South and Inner West Rail Upgrade Program
Devonshire Link Road and Bradfield Metro Link Road - Planning
The project will develop a Final Business Case for both the Devonshire Link Road and Bradfield Metro Link Road.
Western Sydney Heavy Vehicle Rest Area
This project provides funding for a Western Sydney Heavy Vehicle Rest Area, which is expected to accommodate around 100 heavy vehicles, providing a critical facility in Greater Sydney’s growing freight network. The Australian Government contribution towards this project will support construction activities.
Matong North Road, (Rural Road) - 134034-25NSW-RTR
Insufficient seal width and shoulder to accept vehicles up to B-double. Road is displaying extensive edge break, deep drop off and bitumen maintenance works to seal.Establish 1.5 width roadside shoulder by imparting suitable crushed gravel, shape, compact and apply 0.6m wide seal widening to achieve total seal width of 6.2m.
Beckom South Road, (Rural Road) - 134036-25NSW-RTR
Insufficient formation width with narrow shoulders presenting a hazard for larger vehicles up to B-double. Road is displaying extensive edge break, deep drop off and narrow shoulders.Establish 1.0m widened roadside shoulder by imparting suitable crushed gavel, shape and compact.
Dullah Road, (Rural Road) - 134043-25NSW-RTR
Pavement was last resealed over 17 years ago and is displaying deterioration with extensive cracking and minor shoving required a reseal to prevent further damage and reinstate an impermeable surface.Minor bitumen maintenance such as pothole and edge break repair prior to applying bitumen reseal.
Acacia Lane, Taggerty - 134127-25VIC-RTR
Gravel wearing course has reached its end of useful life and needs renewal in addition drains need renewal.Current spray sealed wearing course has reached its end of useful life and requires renewal.
