Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Bandya Road (Rural Road) - 133740-25WA-RTR
The surface from 0.00 to 20.00 is gravel and at various stages of re-sheeting with the overall surface poor. During rain events, the road floods and it is not accessible to the mining operations using the road and also not available to the remote community of Mulga Queen.Gravel re-sheeting of the Bandya Road from slk 0.00 to 20.00 and then seal and reseal the length of re-sheeting. Funding: Regis Resources - $1,000,000; Regional Road Group: $1,196,870; Shire of Laverton: $598,435Total cost of proposed project is $3,520,866
Recreation Ground Rd, Currie - 133938-25TAS-RTR
Recreation Ground Road (from Golf Club Road – Chainage 0 to Scout Hall – Chainage 200) has shown progressive deterioration over time. Frequent maintenance is required as surface defects and edge wear continue to appear, impacting the overall condition and safety of the road.This section is listed in our asset management system for renewal and will be prioritized for future upgrades as part of Council’s ongoing asset management program.
Ledcourt School Road, Ledcourt - 133955-25VIC-RTR
The gravel road travelling surface has worn away. Road to be resheeted with gravel to restore driveability.
Racecourse Road, Bedourie - 133957-25QLD-RTR
Road running surface has deteriorated and is rough and untrafficable when wet. Seal entire length of Racecourse road.
Smith Street, Donnybrook - 133971-25WA-RTR
Condition of road surface, plus stormwater runoff management issues impacting of adjoining properties. Renewal of wearing surface, plus road widening and installation of kerbing and additional drainage infrastructure.
Jayes Road (Rural Road) - 133972-25WA-RTR
Wearing seal and shoulders. Renewal and reconstruction of shoulders, widening of seal, plus full reseal of road.
Prowse Road (Rural Road) - 133973-25WA-RTR
Wearing of existing gravel due to traffic.Gravel resheeting.
Greenbushes Grimwade Road (Rural Road) - 133974-25WA-RTR
Wearing Seal. Resealing of road.
Howards Road, (rural road) - 053993-14NSW-RTR
Stage two of Howards Road Reconstruction Project. Insufficient pavement seal width of 5m-5.3m. Major Sections of pavement deformation and failure. Extensive cracking past repair by way of maintenance.Rip and reshape existing pavement to 130mm below FSL, add 150mm loose volume of ridge gravel, insitu mix 250mm below design FSL incorporating 1.5% quicklime by weigh. Compact trim and seal with a two coat 14mm/7mm double / double C170 grade bitumen seal.
McRobertson Hundred Line (Rural Road) - 134057-25SA-RTR
Road has significant pot holing, poor drainage and lack of material throughout that has seen the subgrade break through. Re-sheet a 4,354m X 7m section of road with a 200mm gravel sandstone / limestone blend.
