Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Spencer Street, Cookenup - 134155-25WA-RTR
Flooding issues, poor drainage and residential dust issues during summer months. Upgrade to 5.5 m seal, 1 m shoulders, construct new drainage culverts and open drains. Straight Line Kilometre range is only from 0.00 to 0.23km.
Holman Road, Harden - 134157-25NSW-RTR
Low Gravel Profile unsafe.Apply gravel resheet, trim compact material applied to section.
Stewart Street, devonport - 134158-25TAS-RTR
The section of road is in the Devonport City CBD and the road assets are at end of life, are no longer compliant to accessibility standards or fit-for-purpose for a CBD environment and volume of vehicular and pedestrian use.Road infrastructure renewal including pavement, sealed surface, kerb, footpath, stormwater, services, streetlighting, landscaping. Upgrades to both the Rooke St and Edward St intersections in accordance with Safe Systems treatments, including raised intersection arrangement with pedestrian priority crossing facilities. Council has budgeted $150,000 in 2025-2026 financial year to co-fund with R2R the Total Project Cost of $750,000.Total cost of proposed project is $750,000
Goonawarra Road, Moraby - 134172-25QLD-RTR
The existing road is currently a formation-only surface and is the only section along this stretch without a gravel surface. It serves as the main entrance to a private property, making access impassable during wet weather. Road upgrade from formation to gravel to a 6m pavement and 4 metre gravel resheet. The balance of funding will come from Western Downs Regional Council.
Males Drive, Tara - 134173-25QLD-RTR
The existing road is a gravel surface and is the only unsealed section along a significant stretch. Services residential area and is the local school bus route. Upgrade from gravel formation to bitumen seal with 7m pavement and 6m seal. The balance of funding will come from Western Downs Regional Council.
Nathan Road, Wandoan - 134174-25QLD-RTR
Existing road is very narrow, very rough in places and sections require reconstruction works.Road widen and reconstruct in sections to a 8m pavement and a 7metre seal. The balance of funding will come from Western Downs Regional Council and the Transport Infrastructure Development Scheme.
Old Moonie Road, Goranba - 134175-25QLD-RTR
The existing road is a gravel surface and is the only unsealed section along a significant stretch. Services agricultural operations and is a school bus routeResheet existing road surface due to deteriotion over time. This is a bus route. 5m gravel resheet. The balance of funding will come from Western Downs Regional Council.Total cost of proposed project is $1,400,000
Brockley Street, Wodonga - 134189-25VIC-RTR
Kerb, footpath and road pavement show significant areas of failure, including shoving and cracking due to adjacent street trees. High maintenance costs associated with ongoing inspection and repair. Road and pedestrian safety associated with displaced kerb, footpath and shoved pavement.Works to include road pavement renewal, including removal and replacement of approx. 550sqm of existing old and failed seal, pavement replacement as required, Supply and place new Class 2 gravel pavement. Prepare and place initial 10mm stone seal and 40mm hotmix final seal. Removal and replacement of 170m of kerb and 265sqm of footpath. This will be a jointly funded project, with Council providing the balance of funds required upto $100,000 from its approval 2025-26 Capital Road Renewal Budget.Total cost of proposed project is $200,000
Cartwright Street, Wodonga - 134190-25VIC-RTR
Road pavement shows significant areas of failure, including shoving and crocodile cracking. High maintenance costs associated with ongoing inspection and repair. Road safety associated with potholed and shoved pavement.Road renewal, including removal and replacement of approx. 1200 sqm of existing failed asphalt, pavement/subgrade replacement as required. Prepare and place initial 10mm stone seal and 40mm geotextile reinforced hotmix final seal. This will be a jointly funded project, with Council providing the balance of funds required upto $50,000 from its approval 2025-26 Capital Road Renewal Budget.Total cost of proposed project is $100,000
Trafalgar Street, Wodonga - 134191-25VIC-RTR
Road pavement shows significant areas of failure, including potholing and crocodile cracking. High maintenance costs associated with ongoing inspection and repair. Road safety associated with potholed pavement.Road pavement renewal, including removal and replacement of approx. 5000 sqm of existing failed seal, 150mm of existing pavement and subgrade replacement as required. Supply and place new Class 2 gravel pavement. Prepare and place initial 10mm stone seal and 40mm hotmix final seal. This will be a jointly funded project, with Council providing the balance of funds required upto $300,000 from its approval 2025-26 Capital Road Renewal Budget.Total cost of proposed project is $500,000
