Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

Gap Road (Rural Road) - 134583-25NSW-RTR
Unsealed road devoid of gravel and requires a re-sheet. Gravel re-sheet.
Gilberts Lane, Rosewhite - 054037-14VIC-RTR
Loss of pavement material, pot holes and rutting to be repaired.Gravel pavement resheeting for a distance of 1200m x 3.5m wide.
Meredith-Shelford Road, Meredith - 134584-25VIC-RTR
Sealing of recent works for rehabilitation and widen pavement to cater for heavy vehicles - agriculture machinery Sealing of 4.730km of recently reconstructed and widened road
Lanskey Road, Mount Isa - 134615-25QLD-RTR
The existing Lanskey Road has a flooded section which prevent safe access and functional use during wet season. Construction Q5 immunity culvert (same as that provide by the adjacent Ryan Road culvert) would require 3 to 5 of 1200x450 RCBC. The works will also improve flooding immunity to the adjoining residents and ensure garbage or other services trucks are not impeded during parts of the year as currently experienced. This work is the first enabling works prior to the next separate project, involving the reformation and seal of Lanskey Road. This work will involve design and construction of 3 to 5 of 1200x450 reinforced concrete box culvert. The culvert surface will have a slight dip to ensure water can cross the road and involves grading a flow path in the western private property to the river tributaries. (MICC Work Order )
Lanskey Road, Mount Isa - 134616-25QLD-RTR
Lanskey Road is a low formation road in poor condition not suitable for urban standard. Some residents have illegally created through roads across the private parcel onto Ryan Road. Following complaint by the owner, Council has committed to reform and seal Lanskey Road within the road reserve to ensure residents can obtain a safe and functional road access to their residential allotment. The current condition is affected by flood and wet season unable to support services trucks. One of the residents has a haulage business which requires a 30m truck access from Ryan to their site. Design and construction of essentially a new road. The design will incorporate electrical and lighting services utility upgrades and allocation of space for future sewer main. Tyne and condition subgrade, add corrector course of type 2.1 road base and pulverise, moisture condition, compact and roll finish. Follow by primer seal using 14mm aggregate covered with a second coat of 10mm aggregate, guideposts and line marking. New street name signages. New concrete driveway extending from cul-de-sac to the northern most private property. (MICC Work Order 832)
Lowood Road, Mount Barker - 134617-25WA-RTR
There are failing sections of the asphalt with considerable cracking in several locations. The patches are escalating in severity over time. Repairs are required and a reseal necessary to retain the integrity of the road.Drainage subsidence repairs to be carried out at SLK 0.565 to 0.575 south bound, SLK 0.668 to 0.673 north bound, SLK 0.835 to 0.840 south bound, SLK0.88 to 0.91 south bound, SLK 1.00 to 1.01 north bound, SLK 1.20 to 1.21 north bound and SLK 1.26 to 1.29 north bound. Box out and upgrade pavement. Reseal SLK 0.565 to 1.29 with Asphalt.
Takalarup Road (Rural Road) - 134618-25WA-RTR
Reseal is required to ensure the integrity of the road surface. Pavement stabilisation was undertaken in 2022-2023. Reseal was intended to follow this work and is now scheduled.Reseal the road with appropriately sized blue metal.
Rosehill Road, Tuncester - 134631-25NSW-RTR
Pavement failures, poor road drainage, failed subgrade and safety issues - Intersection site distance. 950m Road widening, pavement rehabilitation, vertical alignment improvements, drainage improvements. Includes RERRF funding of $650,000 and DRFA funding of $513,198.
Kyogle Road, Fernside - 134632-25NSW-RTR
Embankment backfill over culvert failing. Reinforced concrete pipes require duplication and upgrading. Surface drainage absent. Guardrail not compliant. Excavate and reinstate shoulder and embankment. Install approximately 200m new safety barrier. Install new pipes and headwall. Excavate and shape table drains. Includes RERRF funding of $330,000 and DRFA funding of $2,214,951.
The Channon Road, Dunoon - 134633-25NSW-RTR
Pavement failures, poor road drainage, failed subgrade and safety issues - narrow pavement, poor vertical and horizontal alignment. Includes 1900m widening, shape correction, safety barrier installation, linemarking and pavement modification / stabilisation to increase resilience. Includes SLRIP funding of $2,015,708 and DRFA funding of $370,395.
