Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Kildonan Road, Warradale - 133695-25SA-RTR
Improving wearing course, extending road's lifespan by reducing maintenance costs.Reconstruction of damaged sections of kerb & gutter to improve drainage. Profile 40mm depth and resurface/ reseal the road with asphalt pavement.

Existing asphalt will be removed and resurfaced with asphalt. Total project cost: $53,092. Culverts and resheeting - fixing road surface failuresResheet 3.350 km of road surface and repair culvert.
Stanage Bay Rd, Stanage - 133918-25QLD-RTR
Unsafe travelling conditions and increased maintenance costs due to the deteriorated road surface. Also provides resilience to road syrface during wet weather events.Re-sheeting the road surface.
South Road, Currie (Rural Road) - 133936-25TAS-RTR
South Road is one of the busiest roads on the island and serves as a key route to several major tourist attractions. This section is currently unsealed (gravel) and, due to heavy traffic movements, frequently develops potholes and surface defects. It requires ongoing maintenance and is currently part of Council’s regular maintenance grading and gravel re-sheeting programs.Council intends to progressively upgrade this road by sealing at least 0.5 to 1 km every two years, starting with this section, to improve safety, reduce maintenance demand, and support growing traffic from tourism and local industries.
Bruce Street, Dandenong - 133979-25VIC-RTR
The existing surface is in sever condition. Crocodile cracks, longitudinal cracks and pavement failure observed in Bruce Street .Road maintenance including resurfacing with SAMI interlayer and major patching application.
Magarey Lane (Rural Road) - 134054-25SA-RTR
Road has significant pot holing, poor drainage and lack of material throughout that has seen the subgrade break through.Re-sheet a 4,911m X 7m section of road with a 200mmm gravel sandstone / limestone blend
Old Comaum (Rural Road) - 134061-25SA-RTR
Road has significant pot holing, poor drainage and lack of material throughout that has seen the subgrade break through.Re-sheet a 2,853m X 7m section of road with a 200mm gravel sandstone / limestone blend.
Colac-Lorne Road (Rural Road) - 054021-14VIC-RTR
Weak Pavement, subgrade drainage130mm resheet, with 7mm primerseal, plus sub-grade drainage works.
Queens Ave, Mt Wilson - 134077-25NSW-RTR
Road surface deterioration such as potholing, stripping, cracking and oxidation.Extensive patching of road followed by two coat seal. Linemarking once works completed 4043.55m2.
