Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Willandra Street, Grong Grong - 134970-25NSW-RTR
Poor road pavement that make access difficult, slippery and boggy in wet weather.Gravel re-sheet 100 mm thick at seal. Council is funding the remaining costs.Total cost of proposed project is $65,000
Berrembed Street, Grong Grong - 134972-25NSW-RTR
Poor road pavement that make access difficult, slippery and boggy in wet weather.300m long gravel re-sheet 100 mm thick and seal. Council is funding the rehabilitation costs and RTR funding will be used for sealing works.Total cost of proposed project is $30,000
Old Pooncarrie Road, (Rural Road) - 134979-25NSW-RTR
Location of this unsealed road is very sandy and the road is pooling water after wet weather events due to being lower than the surrounding area making the area impassable and a bogging hazard.Gravel resheet 100m at 400mm thick to build up the area and improve wet weather resilience. Gravel to be delivered to site from quarry in Broken Hill.
William St, Croydon - 134981-25QLD-RTR
Gravel road out of alignment. Realignment, stabilise and sealing of road making better access to school and nearby properties.
Landervale Rd (Rural Road) - 134988-25NSW-RTR
This is the last section of gravel road on Landervale Road and front an existing residents. The road is also a bus route, so the sealing will reduce dust, prolong pavement life and improve driver safety.New 2-coat bitumen seal 6 meters wide.
James Street, Goomalling - 134990-25WA-RTR
Inadequate seal width is causing errosion on face of kerbs.Widening seal to 9 metres.
Wilsons Road (Rural Road) - 134995-25VIC-RTR
The road is corrugated and starting to develop potholes.Re-sheet the section of the road using scalps material.
Haylocks Road (Rural Road) - 134997-25VIC-RTR
The section of the road is corrugated and starting to develop potholes.Re-sheet the section of the road using scalps material.
Mincha North Rd (Rural Rd) - 135004-25VIC-RTR
There is a lack of gravel on this section of road.It is proposed to apply a gravel resheet 3.4km long, 4.6m wide and 100mm thick.
Wedderburn Junction Road (Rural Rd) - 135006-25VIC-RTR
The pavement in this section is in poor condition and requires reconstruction.It is proposed to reconstruct and seal 1.81km of this section of road.
