Perup Road - 053604-14WA-RTR
For road classification and road use, the existing seal and pavement width are inadequate; vehicles travelling in opposite directions can not pass safely. Cross fall is inconsistent/non existent. Pavement is uneven and is old and degrading. Bitumen edges are being worn away. Existing culverts and road side drains do not adequately remove water away from the road pavement.Reconstruct and widen Perup Road to Shire Standard: 150mm thick gravel, 8 metre pavement and 6 metre seal. Replace two culvert crossings with larger diameter pipes. Place precast headwalls to culverts. Reform table and cut off drains to ensure water runs away from road pavement. Place warning signs and guideposts to the appropriate Standard.Total cost of proposed project is $448,273
Bridge Road - 053605-14WA-RTR

Extend or replace existing culverts as appropriate.Reconstruct and widen existing road with 150mm of gravel to a pavement width of 8 metres and a seal width of 6 metres. Replace one culvert with new 450mm diameter pipe and extend one other culvert to allow construction of pavement to 8 metres. Provide headwalls to all culverts. Place culverts to vehicle crossovers to allow access to properties without hindering flow of water along table drains.Total cost of proposed project is $371,869

Place new or replace culverts (six in number) using 300mm or 450mm diameter pipes. Place new headwalls to all culverts. reform table drains to allow unrestricted flow of surface water run off. Place signs and guide posts as per the relevant Australian Standards.Total cost of proposed project is $481,271
