Vally Way, Mount Cotton - 136315-25QLD-RTR

Condition of the road requires resurfacing to improve ride quality and extend pavement life. This road renewal project includes road resurfacing with dense grade asphalt wearing course. Identified weak pavement areas will be treated with deep lift asphalt where required. Any damaged kerb and channel infrastructure and stormwater catchpits will be also replaced to improve road drainage performance.

Mary Pleasant Drive, Birkdale - 136314-25QLD-RTR

The road rehabilitation project includes resurfacing of through lanes, roundabout, and parking lanes with new asphalt and strengthening the underlying pavement to improve durability and ride quality. Through lanes will be reconstructed with deep lift asphalt treatment, while parking lanes will be resurfaced with an asphalt wearing course to protect the pavement and extend the road’s lifespan. Any damaged kerb and channel and stormwater catchpits will be also replaced as part of these works.
