Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Wahroonga Pimbee Road (Rural Road) - 137815-25WA-RTR
Grading and maintenance of the unsealed road to keep it functioning.
Umbrawarra Road, Pine Creek - 138022-26NT-RTR
The project involves the rehabilitation of Umbrawarra road, including the repair of approximately 1500 sq.m of sealed pavement (CH 0+000 to CH3+500) and maintenance grading of 10.5Km of unsealed road (CH 3+500 to 14+500). The works aim to restore the road surface, improve safety, and provide a reliable access for residents, tourists, and emergency services. The work includes pavement repairs, grading, pothole repair, drainage and shoulder works where required. The Project will improve road safety and extend asset's service life while delivering the work cost effectivelly.

Carnarvon Mullewa Road, Mullewa - 138165-26WA-RTR
Various surface defects that may worsen overtime and increase risk for road users. Reseal as part of Road Renewal Program. City of Greater Geraldton to contribute the balance of funding, being $202,500

Reshape pavement and gravel sheet to reduce road failure during harvest, improving safety
Jubilee Ave, Kiara - 138186-26WA-RTR
Resurfacing of Jubilee Ave - 3168 sqm

Gravel sheeting of road which is extremely slippery when wet
South Kumminin East Road, South Kumminin. - 138129-26WA-RTR
Existing seal is failing with significant potholing and cracking. Reconstruction and widen pavement and seal to 8 metres.
Davies Road, rural road - 138187-26WA-RTR
Culvert and Floodway Replacement SLK 0.52 to 0.56.
Walleroobie Road (Rural Road) - 054554-14NSW-RTR
Pavement is displaying deterioration with extensive cracking and minor shoving requiring a reseal to prevent further damage and reinstate an impermeable surface.Minor bitumen maintenance such as pothole and edge break repair prior to applying bitumen reseal.
