Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Corringle Road, Nermerella - 138303-26VIC-RTR
The current condition of the road is very poor. To improve road pavement and surface and ride quality and improve safety. - Rehabilitation with forming bitumen in failed areas of wearing course prior to sealing work reinstatement of line marking.
Benayeo Road (Rural Road) - 137575-25VIC-RTR
The following sections chainage 11945m to chainage 12555m in reverse direction, chainage 13680m to chainage 14500m in forward direction, chainage 14900m to chainage 15020m in forward direction chainage 15400m to chainage 15630m in forward direction and chainage 15580m to chainage 15850m in reverse direction have dropped shoulders. Resheet the proposed shoulder sections using limestone material.
Brooks Road (Rural Road) - 138311-26VIC-RTR
The proposed section is starting to fail. The section is already rutting and has big corrugations. Reconstruct the proposed section with a 4m seal and 2m shoulders.
Cathedral Street, Woolloomooloo - 138306-26NSW-RTR
Cathedral Street, is a local street located in Woolloomooloo. There are several locations of pavement defects along this section of the street . Cathedral Street is currently serviced by the buses. Pavement damages will need to be addressed prior to resurfacing.
Ironbank Road, Ironbank - 138307-26SA-RTR
Reconstruction of Pavement per AMP.
John Street, Erskineville - 138308-26NSW-RTR
John Street is local road located in Erskineville. This road section has been identified for renewal from the inspections and condition assessment. Road surface has severe cracking/damaged and will require resurfacing before pavement is undermined due to water penetration.
Camerons and Lampards Road (Rural Road) - 138313-26VIC-RTR
The proposed section has failed due to the increase in heavy vehicle traffic. Reconstruct the proposed section using limestone material and seal it using asphalt.
