Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Tooraweenah Road - 054607-14NSW-RTR
Formation and seal width deficiency with roughness and rutting.Rehabilitation. Reconstruct pavement - remove existing base, stabilise subbase, resheet with roadbase and seal.

Periodic asset management for oxidising and fatiguing seals. Repair and reseal.
M2 Power Station Road, Khancoban - 138339-26NSW-RTR
Periodic asset management for oxidising and fatiguing seals. Reconstruction, rehabilitation works.
Dog Rocks Road (Rural Road) - 138389-26NSW-RTR
This 2.4 km section is currently in poor condition, with extensive and severe potholing occurring throughout the length of the roadway. The pavement has experienced significant deterioration, resulting in reduced ride quality, increased maintenance requirements, and potential safety concerns for road users. The scope of works will involve a detailed assessment of the pavement condition, followed by rehabilitation and/or full reconstruction of the road where required. Due to varying levels of pavement distress along the route, engineered pavement designs will be developed for several sections to address specific structural deficiencies and ensure a durable long-term solution. Works may include pavement reconstruction, subgrade treatment, drainage improvements, reshaping, and surface renewal as determined by the detailed design investigations.

Campbell Range Road (Rural Road) - 138379-26SA-RTR
Surface of road has worn with clay appearing making road a hazard when wet as it becomes slippery and boggy. Road will be resurfaced with a quarry rubble mix. It will be applied 7 metres wide and 0.12 metres thick when compacted. This involves raising and crushing material internally, carting to site with trucks, spreading and levelling with graders and compacting with rollers. Will include replacement of drainage pipes where required.
Shepperd Road, Edillilie - 138376-26SA-RTR
Badly potholed road that is unable to be maintained by routine patrol grading. Poor vehicle rideability causing a safety concern for road users. Re-sheeting 2,200 metres of unsealed rubble road. Council General Revenue to make up project funding balance of $20,000.
Marble View Road, Cummins - 138373-26SA-RTR
Badly potholed road that is unable to be maintained by routine patrol grading. Poor vehicle rideability causing a safety concern for road users. Re-sheeting 1,900 metres of unsealed rubble road. Council General Revenue to make up project funding balance of $35,000.
