Project description
Complete a comprehensive road safety and traffic flow study to examine blind spots, traffic blockages and the bottleneck at the Cam River Bridge between Cooee and Wynyard.
Benefits
This planning project is expected to lead to an improvement in the efficiency and safety of transport operations on the Bass Highway.
Funding
The Australian Government is fully funding this up to $500,000 project.
Timetable
The project commenced in February 2018 and the final plan was completed in March 2019.
