Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. John Renshaw Drive
This project involves scoping and development of upgrades to John Renshaw Drive including grade separation at the intersection of the M1 Motorway and Weakleys Drive, Beresfield; lane duplication of Weakleys Drive between Enterprise Drive and Canavan Drive; duplicated northbound left-turns and southbound right-turns from Weakleys Drive to the New England Highway; dual southbound on-ramps from the M1 Pacific Motorway extension to Raymond Terrace on to Weakleys Drive; and signalised intersections where there are currently roundabouts at the intersections of Enterprise Drive and Weakleys Drive and Canavan Drive and Weakleys Drive. 
Pacific Highway - Wyong Town Centre
This project will upgrade the Pacific Highway through Wyong, including duplication of the highway between Johnson Road and Cutler Drive, Wyong, and replacing the existing Wyong River road bridge.
Central Coast Highway - Tumbi Road Intersection Upgrade
This project will upgrade the intersection at Central Coast Highway and Tumbi Road. Key features of the upgrade include replacing the existing intersection roundabout with traffic lights and widening the Central Coast Highway north of the intersection to two lanes in each direction.
Mid West Secondary Freight Network Program
The project will prioritise the upgrade of key grain freight routes on local roads across the Mid West region. The prioritised work will focus on providing sealed shoulders, widening traffic lanes to safely accommodate grain trucks, signage installations and line marking. The project will improve road safety, freight efficiency, connectivity and lead to travel time savings for local road users. It will allow for the effective movement of grain harvest to ensure Australia remains globally competitive in the grain exports sector and support other local industries in moving their goods and services to market.
Mickleham Road, Mickleham
This project will:• Build extra lanes in each direction on Mickleham Road between Somerton Road and Dellamore Boulevard in Greenvale;• Replace the roundabout at the Somerton Road intersection with traffic lights; • Add new traffic lights to the Aitken College intersection; • Upgrade the Hillview Road and Dellamore Boulevard intersections; and• Upgrade existing, and build new walking and cycling paths to improve connectivity.This project will also complete a business case for Stage 2, which will investigate upgrades from Dellamore Boulevard to Craigieburn Road.
Normanby Street, Hughesdale VIC 3166 - 117969-21VIC-RTR
Poor road surface including sections of crocodile cracking where road base is failing. In several areas large patches have been made due to this. Vehicle crossings need to be updated to allo better access into properties. There is a lack of drainage in the street which is compounding the problems.The work proposed will include provision of drainage, resurfacing of the road pavement along the whole road. Additionally vehicle crossings will be replaced to improve access into properties.Total cost of proposed project is $1,850,000

Cracking and RuttingProfiling and Resheeting
Targeted Investments to Improve National Supply Chain Resilience
This project will include improvements at Glendambo, Lake Windabout and Woocalla Creek along the Stuart Highway and a section 20km west of Kimba along the Eyre Highway.
Dry Plains Road (rural road) - 117635-21SA-RTR
The road surface condition has reached the intervention point for renewal. Problems being addressed Include: diverting stormwater away from road and reduce ponding.Installation of 9x culverts in conjunction with realignment to vertical and horizontal curves of road and resheeting to improve road pavement.
Downham Road (Rural Road) - 117982-21NSW-RTR
Subgrade layer being exposed due to diminished pavement depth. Poor profile causing drainage issues/potholing impeding on traffic safety and accessibility.Resheeting of unsealed road with 150mm imported pavement material
