Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Narrow degrading seal, poor drainage, no shoulders and overhanging vegetationWiden and improve drainage, import 300mm of gravel to widen the pavement to 10 metres, apply an 8 metre 2 coat (14mm and 7mm) C170 seal with linemarking and reduce the vegetation.Total cost of proposed project is $361,797
Melbourne Airport Rail Link Business Case
The Melbourne Airport Rail Link Business Case examined the cost, timing and optimal delivery model for the Melbourne Airport Rail Link (MARL) project. The MARL will provide a passenger rail service between Melbourne Airport and the Melbourne CBD, via Sunshine Station. It will utilise the Melbourne Metro Tunnel, providing direct access to a range of train stations in the CBD.
Gladstone Port Access Road - Stages 2 and 3
The project is planned to extend the existing Gladstone Port Access Road (Stage 1) west to Blain Drive (Stage 2) and Red Rover Road (Stage 3).
Commuter Car Park Upgrade - Kananook
This project is expected to deliver a three-level multi-deck car park near Kananook Railway Station, providing 325 new commuter car spaces, smart car parking technologies and access improvements such as lighting and footpaths.
Perth CBD Transport Plan - Active Travel Upgrades
This Project will aim to enhance the connectivity and safety of active transport routes into the Perth CBD. Key works will include: Aberdeen Street Bike Lanes Kings Park Road Shared Path Spring Street / Mounts Bay Road Bike Connection Wellington Street Bike Lane Upgrade Wittenoon Street Bike Lanes
Perth CBD Transport Plan - Swan River Bridge
This project funds the design and construction of a new ‘Greenway’ bridge across the Swan River for cyclists and pedestrians. The 6 metre wide bridge will provide safe, high-quality infrastructure and encourage more people to ride and walk to and from the city. The Causeway Bridge is one of the busiest connections into the city. It provides an important traffic, walking and bike riding connection between the CBD and East Perth, Heirisson Island and the south-eastern suburbs. The route also links two of the most popular recreational shared paths on the river’s north and south foreshores. The existing shared path along the Causeway is no longer meeting the needs of users.
Level Crossing Removal Planning Program
This project will focus on Adelaide’s level crossings and help establish a ten-year Level Crossing Removal Program. The Adelaide Level Crossing Congestion and Safety project is an Infrastructure Australia priority project.
Automated Train Protection Signals Upgrade - Seaford Line
This project will upgrade the Adelaide Metropolitan Passenger Rail Network (AMPRN) Automatic Train Protection (ATP) signalling system.
