Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Marma Box Creek Road (Rural Road) - 053199-14NSW-RTR
Gravel surface deteriorating quickly due to increase in traffic. This road is the main route to Mungo National Park from Balranald township.Gravel construction 8m wide and 7m seal for a length of 1.50km. This will include installation of table drains to improve drainage.
Ballantrae Drive, St Andrews - 127273-24NSW-RTR
The pavement is affected by alligator cracking and ravelling.The initial step involves repairing the asphalt fatigue area through heavy patching. Afterward, we'll treat the entire section with hot mix asphalt and an interlayer seal. Length 345 m, width 11 m, area 3795 sq.m.
Eagle Vale Drive, Eagle Vale - 127274-24NSW-RTR
The road has developed alligator cracking and is ravelling.The treatment plan begins with heavy patching of the asphalt fatigue area. After this, the entire section will be covered with hot mix asphalt and an interlayer seal. Length 340 m, width 7 m, area 2380 sq.m.
Invergowrie Avenue, Glen Alpine - 127275-24NSW-RTR
The roadway displays crocodile cracking and ravelling.The proposed treatment starts with rectifying the asphalt fatigue area through heavy patching. Next, the whole section will receive hot mix asphalt with an interlayer seal. Length 390 m, width 7 m, area 2730 sq.m.
Hurley Street, Campbelltown - 127276-24NSW-RTR
The road is affected by crocodile cracking and ravelling.The suggested treatment involves initially addressing the asphalt fatigue area with a heavy patching treatment, followed by applying hot mix asphalt with an interlayer seal to the entire section. Length 300 m and width 8 m, area 2400 sq.m.
The Parkway, Bradbury - 127267-24NSW-RTR
The road is affected by severe crocodile cracking and moderate level of ravelling.The proposed treatment includes rectification of the asphalt fatigue area with heavy patching treatment first. Then the whole section will be treated with hot mix asphalt with interlayer seal. Length of the project is 280 m and width is 10.4 m with a total treatment area is 2800 m2
Williamson Road, Ingleburn - 127268-24NSW-RTR
The road surface is oxidised and affected with moderate levels of crocodile cracking and ravelling.The proposed treatment includes rectification of the asphalt fatigue area with heavy patching treatment first. Then the whole section will be treated with hot mix asphalt with interlayer seal. The affected road length is 375 m and width 15.2 m. The total treatment area is 5625 m2.
Williamson Road, Ingleburn - 127269-24NSW-RTR
The road is affected by severe crocodile cracking and moderate level of ravelling.The proposed treatment includes rectification of the asphalt fatigue area with heavy patching treatment first. Then the whole section will be treated with hot mix asphalt with interlayer seal. Length of the project is 400 m and width is 10 m with a total treatment area is 4000 m2.
Kielpa-Gum Flat Road, Kielpa - 127263-24SA-RTR
The original gravel surface has deteriorated, exposing sand and rocky seams causing extremely hazardous conditions.The road will be reconstructed, reshaped and 150 mm of crushed road base material added to the existing surface.
Wudinna-Darke Peak Road (Rural Road) - 127261-24SA-RTR
The original gravel surface has deteriorated, exposing sand and rocky seams causing extremely hazardous conditions.The road will be reconstructed, reshaped and 150 mm of crushed road base material added to the existing surface.
