Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Schulz Rd (Rural Rd) - 129223-24SA-RTR
Schulz Rd is an Unsealed Category 3c road providing access for primary producers from the area east of Point Pass and from the area north of Australia Plains to the sealed major highway, Worlds End Highway. The existing road surface has reached the end of its life and requires renewal.Reforming of existing road surface, importing and spreading road base. Reshaping the cleaning of drains and culverts. The road specification is to be 8 m wide, 50-75 mm pavement thickness and 4% cross fall. Additional funding of $3,355 required to fund the project to be provided from Council sourced rate revenue.Total cost of proposed project is $75,617
Burney Road, Hamel - 129231-24WA-RTR
Gravel shoulders have deteriorated. Resulting in excessive drop offs for vehicles at the edges of the road. Additionally, the sealed road pavement is less than 4.5 m wide, resulting in very little allowance for more than one vehicle to travel along it.The proposed work is to re-instate the road shoulders and widen the seal from 0.00 to 0.74 straight line kilometres.
Range Road (Rural Road) - 129222-24SA-RTR
Range Road is an Unsealed Category 3b road providing access for primary producers from the area south of Curio Highway and north of Thiele Highway to the sealed major highways and commodity routes of Curio Highway and Thiele Highway. The existing road surface has reached the end of its life and requires renewal.Reforming of existing road surface, importing and spreading road base. Re-shaping and cleaning of drains and culverts. The road specification is to be 7 m wide, 75 mm pavement thickness and 4% cross fall. Additional funding of $5,200 required to fund the total project to be provided from Council sourced rate revenue.Total cost of proposed project is $118,428
Powerline Road (Rural Road) - 129221-24SA-RTR
Powerline Road is an Unsealed Category 3c road providing access for primary producers and power generation and distribution assets from the area east of Robertstown to the sealed major highway, Worlds End Highway. The existing road surface has reached the end of its life and requires renewal.Reforming of existing road surface, importing and spreading road base. Re-shaping and cleaning of drains and culverts. The road specification is to be 8 m wide, 50-75 mm pavement thickness and 4% cross fall. Additional funding of $4,690 required to fund the total project to be provided from Council sourced rate revenue.Total cost of proposed project is $138,982
Plains Road (Rural Road) - 129220-24SA-RTR
Plains Road is an Unsealed Category 3b road providing access for primary producers from the area north east of Eudunda to the sealed major highways of Thiele Highway and Worlds End Highway. The existing road surface has reached the end of its life and requires renewal.Reforming of existing road surface, importing and spreading road base. Re-shaping and cleaning of drains and culverts. The road specification is to be 8 m wide, 75 mm pavement thickness and 4-6% cross fall. Additional funding of $5,780 required to fund the total project to be provided from Council sourced rate revenue.Total cost of proposed project is $75,567
Patterson Road (Rural Road) - 129218-24SA-RTR
Patterson Road is an Unsealed Category 2 road providing access for primary producers from the area west of Hampden south to the major sealed road of Curio Highway. The existing road surface has reached the end of its life and requires renewal.Reforming of existing road surface, importing and spreading road base. Re-shaping and cleaning of drains and culverts. The road specification is to be 8 m wide, 100 mm pavement thickness and 4-6% cross fall. Additional funding of $1,851 required to fund the total project to be provided from Council sourced rate revenue.Total cost of proposed project is $83,345
Nash Road (Rural Road) - 129217-24SA-RTR
Nash Road is an Unsealed Category 3b road from Julia Road to Hampden Road and Category 2 from Pfitzner Road to Patterson Road. The road provides access for primary producers from the area west of Eudunda to the sealed roads of Hampden Road and Julia Road. The existing road surface has reached the end of its life and requires renewal.Reforming of existing road surface, importing and spreading road base. Re-shaping and cleaning of drains and culverts. The Nash Road segment specification from Julia Road to Hampden Road is to be 7 m wide, 75 mm pavement thickness and 4% cross fall. The Nash Road segment specification from Pfitzner Road to Patterson Road is to be 8 m wide, 100 mm pavement thickness and 4-6% cross fall. Additional funding of $7,941 required to fund the total project to be provided from Council sourced rate revenue.Total cost of proposed project is $81,183
Keller Road (Rural Road) - 129216-24SA-RTR
Keller Road is an Unsealed Category 3b road providing access for primary producers from the area south of Robertstown to the sealed major highway, Worlds End Highway. The existing road surface has reached the end of its life and requires renewal.Reforming of existing road surface, importing and spreading road base. Re-shaping and cleaning of drains and culverts. The road specification is to be 7 m wide, 150 mm pavement thickness and 4% cross fall. Additional funding of $8,680 required to fund the total project to be provided from Council sourced rate revenue.Total cost of proposed project is $42,346
Geranium Plains Road (Rural Road) - 129215-24SA-RTR
Geranium Plains Road is an Unsealed Category 3c road providing access for primary producers from the area east of Robertstown to the sealed major highway, Worlds End Highway. The existing road surface has reached the end of its life and requires renewal.Reforming of existing road surface, importing and spreading road base. Re-shaping and cleaning of drains and culverts. The road specification is to be 8 m wide, 50-75 mm pavement thickness and 4% cross fall. Additional funding of $6,700 required to fund the total project to be provided from Council sourced rate revenue.Total cost of proposed project is $87,291
Framlingham-Garvoc Road (rural road) - 053364-14VIC-RTR
The road pavement and surface has significantly deteriorated. There is substantial rutting and potholing along the road length.The road will be fully rehabilitated, including the addition of pavement material and final seal.Total cost of proposed project is $95,293
