Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

Prowse Way, Dunsborough - 129187-24WA-RTR
The 46 year old road seal and kerb is in a very poor condition being severely worn. The road has extensive cracking, stripping, edge break, potholes and patch repairs. The drainage is also in a very poor condition. The pipe capacity is too small causing localised flooding and property damage. There are blockages causes by root intrusion through the old butt joined pipes.The road will be asphalt overlayed and the old kerb will be replaced. The existing drainage pits and pipes will be replaced. The cul-de-sac at will be reconstructed and will provide residents with a larger turning circle and improved drainage.
Bower Road, West Busselton - 129189-24WA-RTR
The stormwater drainage underground pipe network is in a very poor condition. It lacks capacity and has caused localized flooding and water pooling on the road. The old-unsealed butt joint pipes exhibit root intrusion resulting in major blockages. Deteriorated pits made from bricks are failing.The old drainage will be upgrades and replaced with modern equivalents with larger capacity.
Teakwood Close, Lake Clifton - 129236-24WA-RTR
The road pavement on Teakwood Close from straight line kilometre 0.00 to 0.18 has been stripped due to inadequate cul-de-sac shape, failing to adequately accommodate the turn circles needed to be undertaken by the rubbish truck.The work will be to widen the cul-de-sac and seal 1200 m2, plus reseal 550 m2.
Fouracre Street, Waroona - 129235-24WA-RTR
Fouracre Street travels along the edge of the new Railside Park, Waroona WA. The park has multi-age playground facilities, a skate park and a pump track, attracting all ages including the elderly and young people. Since opening the park, safety concerns regarding the road traffic and pedestrian interface have increased.The works will be to install speed mitigation devises near Railside Park to slow traffic along Fouracre Street.
Mitchell Avenue, Waroona - 129234-24WA-RTR
There are increasing safety concerns regarding the traffic and pedestrian interface along Mitchell Avenue, in particular during funeral services when parked vehicles and pedestrian numbers are very high in the area.To improve safety when there is a high-level of traffic and pedestrian interface, speed mitigation devices will be installed along Mitchell Avenue.
Hill Street, Waroona - 129233-24WA-RTR
The speed mitigation installations are deteriorating along Hill Street.The work will be to replace the speed mitigation installations along Hill Street.
Hampden Avenue, Wagga Wagga - 129197-24NSW-RTR
The road is badly potholed and deformed.Road rehabilitation approximately 389 metres long with an area of works 5442 square metres.
Injemira Road (rural road) - 053363-14VIC-RTR
The road pavement has significantly deteriorated. There is substantial rutting and potholing, and the segment has steep crests and sharp curves.The road will be fully rehabilitated and widened, including the addition of pavement material and final seal.Total cost of proposed project is $256,491
Royal Street, East Perth - 129226-24WA-RTR
Asset condition indicates requirement of road reseal and drainage lid renewal.Removal of existing road surface of 2700 square metres (sqm), replace 2700 sqm with asphalt, renewal of 8 drainage gully lids, replace traffic loops at the intersection of Plain Street and Royal Street. Additional funding required for the project will be provided by the City of Perth.Total cost of proposed project is $200,994
Schulz Rd (Rural Rd) - 129223-24SA-RTR
Schulz Rd is an Unsealed Category 3c road providing access for primary producers from the area east of Point Pass and from the area north of Australia Plains to the sealed major highway, Worlds End Highway. The existing road surface has reached the end of its life and requires renewal.Reforming of existing road surface, importing and spreading road base. Reshaping the cleaning of drains and culverts. The road specification is to be 8 m wide, 50-75 mm pavement thickness and 4% cross fall. Additional funding of $3,355 required to fund the project to be provided from Council sourced rate revenue.Total cost of proposed project is $75,617
