Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Nash Road (Rural Road) - 129217-24SA-RTR
Nash Road is an Unsealed Category 3b road from Julia Road to Hampden Road and Category 2 from Pfitzner Road to Patterson Road. The road provides access for primary producers from the area west of Eudunda to the sealed roads of Hampden Road and Julia Road. The existing road surface has reached the end of its life and requires renewal.Reforming of existing road surface, importing and spreading road base. Re-shaping and cleaning of drains and culverts. The Nash Road segment specification from Julia Road to Hampden Road is to be 7 m wide, 75 mm pavement thickness and 4% cross fall. The Nash Road segment specification from Pfitzner Road to Patterson Road is to be 8 m wide, 100 mm pavement thickness and 4-6% cross fall. Additional funding of $7,941 required to fund the total project to be provided from Council sourced rate revenue.Total cost of proposed project is $81,183
Keller Road (Rural Road) - 129216-24SA-RTR
Keller Road is an Unsealed Category 3b road providing access for primary producers from the area south of Robertstown to the sealed major highway, Worlds End Highway. The existing road surface has reached the end of its life and requires renewal.Reforming of existing road surface, importing and spreading road base. Re-shaping and cleaning of drains and culverts. The road specification is to be 7 m wide, 150 mm pavement thickness and 4% cross fall. Additional funding of $8,680 required to fund the total project to be provided from Council sourced rate revenue.Total cost of proposed project is $42,346
Geranium Plains Road (Rural Road) - 129215-24SA-RTR
Geranium Plains Road is an Unsealed Category 3c road providing access for primary producers from the area east of Robertstown to the sealed major highway, Worlds End Highway. The existing road surface has reached the end of its life and requires renewal.Reforming of existing road surface, importing and spreading road base. Re-shaping and cleaning of drains and culverts. The road specification is to be 8 m wide, 50-75 mm pavement thickness and 4% cross fall. Additional funding of $6,700 required to fund the total project to be provided from Council sourced rate revenue.Total cost of proposed project is $87,291
Framlingham-Garvoc Road (rural road) - 053364-14VIC-RTR
The road pavement and surface has significantly deteriorated. There is substantial rutting and potholing along the road length.The road will be fully rehabilitated, including the addition of pavement material and final seal.Total cost of proposed project is $95,293
Bower Road (Rural Road) - 129214-24SA-RTR
Bower Road is an Unsealed Category 3b road providing access for primary producers from the area east of Robertstown to the sealed major highway, Worlds End Highway. The existing road surface has reached the end of its life and requires renewal.Reforming of existing road surface, importing and spreading road base. Re-shaping and cleaning of drains and culverts. The road specification is to be 8 m wide, 75 mm pavement thickness and 4% cross fall. Additional funding of $9,080 required to fund the total project to be provided from Council sourced rate revenue.Total cost of proposed project is $135,373
Black Springs Road (Rural Road) - 129213-24SA-RTR
Black Springs Road is an Unsealed Category 1 road providing access for primary producers from the sealed portion of Black Springs Road to the sealed major highway, Barrier Highway. The existing road surface has reached the end of its life and requires renewal.Reforming of existing road surface, importing and spreading road base. Re-shaping and cleaning of drains and culverts. The road specification is to be 8 m wide, 150 mm pavement thickness and 4-6% cross fall. Additional funding of $21,240 required to fund the total project to be provided from Council sourced rate revenue.Total cost of proposed project is $102,298
Fairway Terrace Preston Beach - 129227-24WA-RTR
Damaged kerbing and road pavement due to traffic navigating the inadequate cul-de-sac shape.The work proposed is to reconstruct and re-shape the cul-de-sac at Fairway Terrace and reseal it, from 0.40 to 0.50 straight line kilometres. Funded by RTR and Main Roads WA direct funding.
Styles Road, Preston Beach - 129228-24WA-RTR
Impacted from a lack of adequate drainage which is resulting in water sitting on the roads surface, creating a drop off from seal to the shoulders and softening of the road shoulders.The work will be to install large soak wells and a sand trap (gully), as well as to widen road to allow for the installation of kerbing within affected area of Styles Road, Preston Beach WA from 0.19 to 0.33 straight line kilometres. The works will also include a small portion of seal to be able to widen and repair the broken road pavement. Funded by RTR and Main Roads WA direct funding.
Eastcott Place, Waroona - 129229-24WA-RTR
Damaged kerbs and road pavement, due to inadequate cul-de-sac shape. Road pavement has also been stripped with water getting into basecourse structure.The work will include repairing, widening and re-kerbing the cul-de-sac at Eastcott Place, Waroona WA from 0.00 to 0.20 straight line kilometres. These works will include a full road reseal and possible asphalting of the cul-de-sac. Funded by RTR and Main Roads WA direct funding.
Neil Place, Waroona - 129230-24WA-RTR
Damaged kerbing and road pavement due to inadequate cul-de-sac shape. Road pavement has also been stripped with water getting into the basecourse structure undermining it.The work proposed is to repair, widen and re-kerb the cul-de-sac from 0.00 to 0.18 straight line kilometres. These works will include a full road reseal and possible asphalting of the cul-de-sac. Funded by RTR and Main Roads WA direct funding.
