Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Houghlahans Creek Rd, Pearces Creek - 130015-24NSW-RTR
An old pavement and seal has failed, showing pavement rutting and shoving with significant heavy patching, which requires high maintenance resources.Reconstruction of the pavement and seal for a length of approximately 600 m with a seal width of approximately 6 m including stormwater replacement and kerb.

Heather Street, Port Macquarie - 129721-24NSW-RTR
Deteriorated road pavement and wearing surface due to aged pavement and heavy traffic volumes. Pavement upgrades are required to cater for projected growth and extend asset life.The bitumen resealing works are required to refresh the oxidised and aged seals, reduce cracking in the wearing surface and maintain maximum resilience in the sealed road network. High traffic roads will be resealed with crumb rubber bitumen for greater wearing surface strength. Low traffic roads will be resealed using an emulsion and fine-grained aggregate mix to reduce moisture ingress.

Clark St, Dunolly - 129975-24VIC-RTR
Upgrade of gravel road to Rural Industrial standard in response to community complaints about dust and mud caused by the large number of Grain Trucks.New pavement with a seal width of 6.6 m and 1.5 m wide shoulders. The pavement depth - 300 mm minimum.
Batar Creek Road, Kendall - 129846-24NSW-RTR

Pavement upgrades are required to cater for projected growth and extend asset life.The bitumen resealing work is required to refresh the oxidised and aged seal, reduce cracking in the wearing surface and maintain maximum resilience in the sealed road. The road will be resealed with crumb rubber bitumen for greater wearing surface strength.
Comboyne Street, Kendall - 129848-24NSW-RTR
Deteriorated road pavement and wearing surface due to aged pavement and heavy traffic volumes. Pavement upgrades are required to cater for projected growth and extend asset life.Due to aged sealed wearing surface the upper pavement level has deteriorated due to moisture ingress and resultant misshape. The upper pavement will be reconstituted by milling and remixing the upper portion and will be top dressed with additional road base material to reinstate correct shape. A two coat bitumen seal will then be applied.
Campbell Street, Cobar - 130018-24NSW-RTR
Reconstruction of Campbell Street to coincide with drainage upgrade carried out.New 100 mm thick asphalt pavement.
Victoria Avenue, Unley Park - 129458-24SA-RTR
The road consists of pavement and road surface failure and degraded kerb and water table that results in ponding of stormwater.The works will include new kerbing on both sides of the road to facilitate drainage, deep lift pavement rehabilitation in identified locations and a surface reseal for the entire road length. The project is to be jointly funded by the City of Unley and RTR. City of Unley contribution is $1,005,247 RTR contribution is $494,753 Total Project costs of $1,500,000Total cost of proposed project is $1,004,262
