Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Dora Street, Blacktown - 053565-14NSW-RTR
The existing road pavement is heavily oxidised with some longitudinal cracking, crocodile cracking and deformation, increasing water ingress into the pavement.  Deep areas of rutting along the kerb line has occurred.Reconstruction of the road pavement including the provision of an asphalt wearing course.Total cost of proposed project is $525,293
Saxa Road (Rural Road) - 130025-24NSW-RTR
Saxa Road has a few sections in poor condition including this area of approximately 1.13 km of road to the south of Campbell's Lane. The pavement depth is not adequate for current traffic volumes and heavy transport use, and it is prone to failure and road closure during extended wet periods.Strengthening and widening of the existing pavement by way of a 250 mm granular overlay including in situ stabilisation to a depth of 200 mm and sealing. The secondary funding source is the Regional Emergency Road Repair Funding (RERRF) program.Total cost of proposed project is $900,000
Wickepin-Pingelly Road (Rural road) - 130016-24WA-RTR
Road pavement is failing due to the large number of heavy trucks utilising the road.Reconstruct and lime stabilise the pavement and the application of a 14/10 bitumen seal. The Wickepin-Pingelly Road is a road of significance. These works are being co-funded by Main Roads WA via Regional Road Group funding on a 1/3 - 2/3 split.Total cost of proposed project is $515,786
Napping Pool Road, (Rural road) - 130024-24WA-RTR
The road pavement requires gravel replenishment to avoid constant blowouts of the road surface and to maintain road safety.Import gravel and resheet the road to a finished gravel thickness of 100 mm.
Wehl Street North, Mount Gambier - 130027-24SA-RTR
Pavement defects i.e. rutting and cracking of the existing road surface.Deep lift asphalt to profile underlying base and lay 100 mm asphalt pavement that comprises in two layers.
Kenneth Street, Longueville - 130029-24NSW-RTR
Deteriorated road surface and pavement.Mill and re-sheet 50 - 100 mm AC14.
Atkinson Road, Mount Surprise - 130043-24QLD-RTR
Waterlogging during heavy rain event and houses get inundated.Construction of 300 m long x 1 m width x 1 m high open drain.
Lake Carlo Road (Rural Road) - 130046-24QLD-RTR
The existing pipe culvert is in poor condition.Replacement of 600 mm reinforced cement concrete pipe.
Garnet street, Mount surprise - 130045-24QLD-RTR
No cross drainage across the Garnet Street and water gets ponding in the west of the Garnet Street during rain event.Construction of the 350 mm x 450 reinforced cement concrete box culvert.
Elwins Road (Rural Road) - 130028-24WA-RTR
Rural unsealed road has little or no residual gravel.Gravel re-sheet to 8.00 metre width with minimum 100 millimetre thick compacted gravel.
