Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

The Parkway, Bradbury
The project constructed a new roundabout on The Parkway between Appin Road and Olympic Circuit in Bradbury, including widening the pavement, landscaping works, and installing median islands, pram ramps, footpaths and cycleway leading to the roundabout. It will also include the installation of energy efficient streetlights, and signs and line markings.
Trigwell Bridge Road, Trigwell - 133356-25WA-RTR
Road surface is deteriorating due to heavy vehicles. Surface is potholing and breaking the surface, exposing sand and rock due to a lack of runoff. Gravel resheet, reform road to standard specifications, and improve drainage.
Milham Street, Oaklands Park - 133687-25SA-RTR
Improving wearing course, extending road's lifespan by reducing maintenance costs. Reconstruction of damaged sections of kerb & gutter to improve drainage. Profile 40mm depth and resurface/ reseal the road with asphalt pavement.
Mosquito Creek Road (Rural Road) - 053598-14VIC-RTR
Aging road infrastructure including four culverts have failed due to age or have been damaged by heavy vehicles including road maintenance plant.Replace damaged and failing culverts with more durable box culverts.
Elcombe Road (Rural Road) - 133311-25NSW-RTR
Increased severity of potholing and edge break.Routine bitumen patching using cold mix asphalt and jet patching trucks.
Tucka Tucka Road (Rural Road) - 133312-25NSW-RTR
Insufficient gravel depth, poor shape, poor wet weather performance.Rip, reshape, gravel patching where required. Compact then final trim.
Getta Getta Road, (rural road) - 133313-25NSW-RTR
Failed pavement due to high plasticity.Lime stabilise to 200mm deep. Recompact, final trim seal with 14mm spray seal.
Girraween Road (Rural Road) - 133314-25NSW-RTR
Loss of gravel, poor shape, washouts and poor wet weather performance.Rip and reshape existing pavement, overlay new imported gravel, compact and final trim. Co-contribution of funds by Council.Total cost of proposed project is $122,352
Jones Lake Road (Rural Road) - 133815-25WA-RTR
The existing bitumen seal required significant patching to ensure its integrity and road safety. With the repairs now complete, the surface is prepared for resealing to prolong the road surface and the road safety.
Sandy Road, Acacia Hills - 133816-25NT-RTR
Gravel re-sheeting to stabilise the dirt road, reducing erosion, dust and maintenance while improving safety and drainage.Gravel re-sheeting involves ripping, re-compacting and reinstating drains to stabilise and improve the road surface.
