Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Collier Road (Pink Lake) - 053493-14WA-RTR
The road surface at the intersection is nearing the end of its useful life, with cracking and minor potholes starting to appear.Overlay with 25mm asphalt at the intersection
Bulgandramine Road, Narromine - 133715-25NSW-RTR
Rectification of drainage issues. The culvert is in poor condition and requires replacement. On Bulgandramine Road at the above location.Construction of a replacement culvert network, upstream and downstream scour protection, guardrails and road sealing.
Marradong Rd - Rural Rd - 133730-25WA-RTR
These 3 sections of existing culverts are now past their useful life and are now in need of urgent replacement. Some sections are breaking down and missing head walls.It is proposed to remove the old structures that are breaking down and replacing them with new pipe and new pre-cast concrete head walls. Backfill and reinstate the road pavement and open side road drain to ensure good drainage.
Black Swamp Road,Tenterfield - 133731-25NSW-RTR
Road Seal in relatively poor condition and road pavement requires minor patching works prior to full width reseal of 5.5 metres.Black Swamp is a connector road between two regional roads - Mount Lindesay Road and Bruxner Way, and is beneficial as a bypass of Tenterfield Town Centre in case of any emergencies. A 4.66 km section of road between Mount Lindesay Road and Wellington Lookout Road is sealed and is currently in poor condition. This proposed interventional treatment will preserve the pavement integrity and avoid costly repairs if reseal works are delayed.
Boundary Rd, Tenterfield - 133732-25NSW-RTR
Road seal in relatively poor condition and road pavement requires minor patching works prior to full width reseal of 9 metres.Boundary Road is a connector road between Mount Lindesay Road and Bruxner Highway via Bellevue Road. A 1.12 Km section of road between Mount Lindesay Road and Bellevue Road is sealed and is currently in poor condition. This proposed interventional treatment will preserve the pavement integrity and avoid costly repairs if reseal works are delayed.
Clive Street, Tenterfield - 133749-25NSW-RTR
Road seal is in relatively poor condition and road pavement requires patching works in various locations prior to full width reseal. The width of the seal varies between 5.4 – 11 metres.This proposed interventional treatment will preserve the pavement integrity and avoid costly repairs if reseal works are delayed.
Charles St, Triabunna - 131967-25TAS-RTR
Pavement deformation and bitumen seal end of useful life.Rehabilitate pavement to 200mm and stabilise with cement. 2 coat bitumen seal surface. Balance of funding to come from council capital works program allocation.Total cost of proposed project is $114,000
Ward Road, Tambo - 133723-25QLD-RTR
Loss of downstream protection and undermining concrete floor and pipe structure.Replace downstream protection and repair undermining of floor and pipe structure.
Buckland Road, Casula - 133446-25NSW-RTR
Pavements failure , cracking, Potholes and Surface deterioration.Works involve road reconstruction and resurfacing to improve rideability.
Keiths Lane, Pillabooka - 133587-25NSW-RTR
Repair failed patches on sealed road that pose safety risks to road users.Stabilisation works on a sealed road cutting out damaged sections, treating the subgrade, applying stabilising material, and reinstating the road to improve structural integrity and road strength. This is a jointly funded project with Natural Disaster DRFA ARGN 1034.Total cost of proposed project is $96,559
