Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Henley Road, ARDROSS, WA - 094186-17WA-RTR
Road beginning to fail in various sections. Road surface is old and rough and needs resurfacing.Rehabilitation of select number of sections along the road that are currently failing. The works is to be undertaken as part of a more general upgrade that will include a complete resurfacing of the road, kerb replacement were required and pram ramp upgrade.

Pavement /surface is in poor condition due to drainage issues & narrow pavement causing edges to crumble.Pavement /surface to be rehabilitated & widened to average 10 metres over a distance of 400 metres. Drainage to be upgraded. Kerb & gutter installed both sides. Footpath on southern side. Utilities relocated as required.Total cost of proposed project is $495,321
Davistown Road, Yattalunga - 094194-17NSW-RTR
This section is narrow and carries high traffic volumes. Road is of inadequate width to manage current and anticipated traffic volumes. It is lacking in formal footways and has significant property access issues.Roadway to be widened to average 11m over 275 metres. Drainage to be upgraded. Provide kerb & gutter both sides & footpath on the western side. Install traffic medians and pedestrian refuges at strategic locations. Utilities relocated as required.Total cost of proposed project is $708,895
Lake Road Tuggerah - 094195-17NSW-RTR
Failed road pavement associated to pavement reaching the end of its useful life. Pavement shows large signs of crocodile, longitudinal, transverse cracking also pavement failures, ravelling, stripping and flushing.Pavement upgrade, kerb & gutter. Lake Haven Drive, Lake Haven - 094196-17NSW-RTR

Crystal Crescent Wyong - 094197-17NSW-RTR
Failed road pavement associated to pavement reaching the end of its useful life. Pavement shows large signs of crocodile, longitudinal, transverse cracking also extensive pavement failures, ravelling, stripping, flushing and failed kerb and guttering.Pavement rehabilitation/stabilisation and replace failed kerb & gutter. Asphalt wearing course.Total cost of proposed project is $166,218
