Project description

Rutting on the outside edge of the pavement shoulders holding water during rain events creating dangerous conditions for drivers. Water intrusion into pavement weakening the structural integrity of the pavement and existing culverts had joint displacement creating depressions in the pavement

Replace stormwater pipes crossing the road, excavate road shoulder material and stitch and stabilise the works into the existing pavement to improve the load capacity of the shoulders. Correct shape of the curve in the middle of the project to meet current standards, provide a new bitumen seal and line mark.

Total cost of proposed project is $300,000
