Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Evans Road, Tuross Head - 052099-14NSW-RTR
Failed road pavement with significant rutting and cracking and deteriorated undersized stormwater infrastructurePavement rebuilding and strengthening. Renewing and augmenting of stormwater drainage infrastructureTotal cost of proposed project is $156,689
Drummond Street East, Toodyay - 052100-14WA-RTR
This section of Drummond Street East consists of an uneven surface and has numerous potholes. It is a high usage road and fronts the local school/s.The work proposed is the installation of kerbing, additional drainage, surface correction and an asphalt overlay. These works and improvements will upgrade the condition of the road for all its users.
Peninsula Drive, North Batemans Bay - 052101-14NSW-RTR
Failed road pavement with significant rutting and crackingRehabilitation of the full width of the road by stabilisation of the existing pavementTotal cost of proposed project is $124,991
The Dowling Track (Rural Road) - 052102-14NSW-RTR
Gravel road is not trafficable when the Warrego River is in flood. As a request from the village tour from Council's Management Plan the residents would like this piece of road raised and gravel resheeted as it is not trafficable when the Warrego River is in flood.Reformation of the road to above flood level and gravel resheet with 200 millimetre depth of gravel as requested by the the village tour from Council's Management Plan .Total cost of proposed project is $414,558
Bourke Milparinka Road (Rural Road) - 052103-14NSW-RTR
This section of road is called the Poison Point Plain and is a strategic part of the Bourke to Milparinka Road. The gravel resheeting is eroded away over the years and needs replacing ASAP. As apart of the Village tour to Wanaaring this was one of the major priorities of concern to the rate payers as the road exists of black soil and is closed for long periods of time during heavy rains.Gravel resheeing of the thirteen kilometre Plain with 200 millimetres depth of gravel at 8 metres wide to prevent road closure.
Ecclestone Road (Rural Road), Riverside Tas 7250 - 052104-14TAS-RTR
Existing gravel road is the main route to "Tasmania Zoo". The gravel road surface becomes slippery when wet. Potholes occur in wet weather. The road is subject to flooding in heavy rain.Reconstruct and widen road shoulders, strengthen pavement, improve drainage including replacement of large failed culvert, and seal surface.
Wilson Street Bourke - 052105-14NSW-RTR
Unsealed shouldersLime stabilisation of existing shoulders to 100 millimetre depth and seal with Class 170 Bitumen and seal with 10 millimetre aggregate.106 metres long x 12 metres wide = 1,272 square metres.
Motor Road (Rural Road), Deviot Tas 7275 - 052106-14TAS-RTR
Motor Road is a useful link from Deviot to the West Tamar Highway. It is a gravel surface prone to becoming slippery in winter. Progressive reconstruction and sealing will improve road safety and level of service.Reconstruct shoulders, strengthen pavement, improve roadside drainage and seal road surface.Total cost of proposed project is $143,000
Short Street Bourke - 052107-14NSW-RTR
Unsealed ShouldersLime stabilisation of shoulders at 100mm depth and compact to specification. Seal with Class 170 bitumen and 10 millimetre aggregate. 140 metres long x 12 metres wide = 1,680 square metres
Becker Street Bourke - 052108-14NSW-RTR
Unsealed ShouldersLime stabilisation of shoulders at 100 millimetre depth and seal with class 170 bitumen and 10 millimetre aggregate. 318 metres long x 10 metres wide = 3,180 square metres,
