Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Richardson Street - 052109-14NSW-RTR
The road section is affected by numerous crocodile shaped cracks, failures of road base course and deformation of road surface, which makes it very rough with poor ride qualityThe proposed work include the rehabilitation of road base by cement stabilisation, placement of spray seal and resurfacing with hot mix asphalt. Length = 432m, Width = 8.6 m, Area =3715m2
Harvey Road,Woodanilling (Rural Road) - 052110-14WA-RTR
The gravel on this section of road is seriously deficient as it has been compacted and/or depleted through high usage and lack of maintenance. Harvey Road has been a subject of a five year gravel sheeting program and this section is the completion of the road.Council propose to prune trees to improve sight distances, clear out blocked culverts, do formation works and gravel sheeting 100mm thick by 10m wide to reinstate this section of road back to original condition.
Wilson Road - 052111-14NSW-RTR
The road is affected by numerous failures of road base, depressions and various types of cracksThe proposed works include the replacement of failed areas of road pavement with asphalt and resurfacing of the whole area by hot mix asphalt. with asphalt. Length 360m, width=12.2m, Area =4392m2
Balls Road, Woodanilling - 052112-14WA-RTR
The gravel on this section of road is seriously deficient as it has been compacted and/or depleted through high usage and lack of maintenance. Balls Road will be part of a five year gravel sheeting program and will be completed this year.(2014/15)Council propose to prune trees to improve sight distances, clear out blocked culverts, formation works and gravel sheeting 100mm thick by 10m wide to reinstate this section of road back to its original condition.
Shenton Road, Woodanilling - 052113-14WA-RTR
This section of road is sealed and seriously needs edge break, potholes, rutting and correcting low areas prior to resealing in 2016/17.Shenton Road will be part of five year improvement program as part of RTR.Council propose to correct the edges, surface defects and correcting the low areas by using a Jet Patching machine with class 170 emulsion and aggregate which will reinstate the road back to original condition ready for the resealing.
Trimmer Road, Woodanilling - 052114-14WA-RTR
The gravel on this section of road is seriously deficient as it has been compacted and /or depleted through high usage and lack of maintenance. Trimmer Road is part of a five year gravel sheeting program and this is the last section to be completedCouncil propose to prune trees to improve sight distances, clear out blocked culverts, formation work, gravel sheet to 100mm thick by 10m wide to reinstate this section back to original condition.
Narran Street North Bourke - 052115-14NSW-RTR
Unsealed residential RoadImporting of gravel material and lime stabilisation at 200 millimetres depth and 7 metre wide to form a pavement. Sealing with Class 170 Bitumen and 10 millimetre aggregate.

The Dowling Track (Rural Road) - 052117-14NSW-RTR
As Part of the village tours and Council's management Plan the rate payers have requested this one of their major priorities to gravel resheet. The gravel has eroded away over the years and needs to be replaced to make it trafficable in wet weather.Reformation of road and gravel resheet at 200 millimetres depth and 8 metres width
Dawkins Avenue - 052121-14SA-RTR
Damaged Road pavement with a lot of cracking and depressions caused by the roots of very large street trees.Pavement reconstruction with deep lift asphalt treatment, install a new asphalt concrete surface, install tree root barriers and new kerb and gutter at the end of tree root protection area to prevent tree roots invading into road pavement and damaging the pavement in future.
