Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Edward Street, Bondi Beach - 104411-19NSW-RTR
Cracked, potholed and deteriorated road surface.Mill existing wearing course, repair failed areas with heavy patching, replace wearing course with new asphalt re-sheet.
Springfield Rd - 104163-19NSW-RTR
Road surface is in poor condition at this location. High volume of buses use the road.Rehabilitate the pavement and repair and reseal road with asphaltic concrete.Total cost of proposed project is $184,378
Mangrove Rd - 104162-19NSW-RTR
Road surface has many potholes and other defects throughout this section. It is beyond maintenance.Rehabilitate the pavement and repair and reseal road with asphaltic concrete.

Wells St is regional road with high traffic volumes. Current seal nearing end of its useful life.Full Depth AsphaltTotal cost of proposed project is $263,530

This section gets significant heavy vehicle traffic and is in need of repair.Rehabilitate the pavement and repair & reseal the road.Total cost of proposed project is $327,926

Intersection with Killcare Rd requires renewal with AC Patches of broken kerb & gutter need repairRehabilitate the pavement and remove & replace existing asphaltic concrete surface. Reconstruct broken kerb.Total cost of proposed project is $245,333
Herbert Street, Medindie - 104296-19SA-RTR
The road has reached the end of its useful life. Combination of old concrete sleeper kerb, pavement is failing, the crown of the road is still pronounced. Residential driveways too steep for entry/exit. Footpath has reached end of its useful life.Construction of new kerb (road to be narrowed by 0.5m on either side). Construction of new pavement New driveways to all properties new asphalt surface. New footpath on both sides of hte road to match into driveways and new kerb.Total cost of proposed project is $409,000
Patrick St, Hurstville - 104383-19NSW-RTR
The asphalt road surface is subsided, cracked and had failed in many places with rutting and pot holes on the road surface indicating subbase failureTo heavy patch areas between 50mm to 100mm in depth to repair the subgrade and subbase failure and overlay with 50mm thick asphalt concrete layer. Approximate area to be rehabilitated is 5,630 square metres with dimensions, 455m long x 12.3m wide.Total cost of proposed project is $151,541
John St, Hurstville - 104382-19NSW-RTR
The asphalt road surface is cracked and failed in many places with rutting and pot holes on the road surface indicating subbase failureExcavate 50mm deep and resurface the road pavement with 50mm thick asphalt concrete layer. Approximate area to be rehabilitated is 2,470 square metres with dimensions, 215m long x 11.5m wide.Total cost of proposed project is $211,587
Melvin St, Beverly Hills - 104381-19NSW-RTR
The asphalt road surface is cracked and had failed in many places with rutting and pot holes on the road surface indicating subbase failureExcavate 50mm deep and resurface the road pavement with 50mm thick asphalt concrete layer.
