Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Adjunbilly Rd (Rural Road, Gobarralong) - 104388-19NSW-RTR

Existing sealed surface is in narrow, uneven, in poor condition and has been the subject of much maintenance work due to pot holes, edge breaks and shoves.Reconstruct and widen the existing pavement and realignment of bends to improve safety and heavy vehicular access. Lime Stabilise existing subbase and overlay with gravel and seal.Total cost of proposed project is $702,127
Old Gundagai Rd (Rural Road, Cootamundra) - 104385-19NSW-RTR
Existing sealed surface is in narrow, uneven, in poor condition and has been the subject of much maintenance work due to pot holes, edge breaks and shoves.Lime Stabilise existing subbase and overlay with gravel to strengthen and widen the road. Replace culverts, widen at bends.
Springdale Rd (Rural Road) - 104286-19WA-RTR
Bridge is on Springdale Road used as eastern link to the township of Hopetoun as an alternate route which follows the coastline. Bridge was subject to ongoing monitoring on the cracking of beams 4 & 7. Bridge is load restricted. In February 2017, the bridge sustained further damage by the flooding of the Jerdacuttup River, with the Jerdacuttup estuary. There is now a need to reconstruct this bridge based on the recent flood data to achieve a wet passable structure.Replace with new bridge

Albert St, Wickham - 104394-19NSW-RTR
Intersection accident history, traffic improvements in accordance with local area traffic management adopted plan and pedestrian safety.Roundabout construction, heavy vehicle turning improvements, provision of pedestrian refuges, kerb and gutter and stormwater drainage renewal and upgrade, road resurfacing and associated street lighting upgrades.Total cost of proposed project is $140,013
Cardigan Road, Mooroolbark - 104402-19VIC-RTR
The roadway is a collector road that carries significant traffic volumes. Cardigan Road, provides access for Pembroke College (large high school ). The road pavement is in excess of fifty (50) years old and is in need of full pavement rehabilitation.Approximately 1200m road is to be foam-bitumen stabilised and widened by approximately 1 metre. Works will also include upgrading of roadside drainage. Rehabilitating the road will improve the safety for road users and reduce maintenance costs.Total cost of proposed project is $1,535,346
Tanami Road (Rural Road) - 104403-19WA-RTR
Road formation and carriageway surface is worn, degraded and losing shape. This section of road is currently not gravel sheeted and due to significant traffic frequenting Balgo and Lake Gregory communities, the surface often breaks up and becomes rough.Reform road formation, reform existing roadside drainage, construct gravel sheeting.
