Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Yarra Creek Road (rural road) - 103912-19TAS-RTR
Sub base is exposed and no coverage with gravels (large rocks)Proposed to re sheet 3.696 km with 150 MM gravelTotal cost of proposed project is $78,978

There are cracks in the concrete of the abutments which may have been done with stress from overloading and fatigue ( we now have a 5 Ton load limit )Work proposed is to replace any rotten beams and boards on the deck of bridge and strengthen both abutments with concreteTotal cost of proposed project is $113,170
Greenlake Road, Sandrinham - 104146-19QLD-RTR
Currently this road is unsealed and does not provide adequate road formation and safer travel conditions / intersection geometry to cater for increasing traffic demand in the region.Upgrading to sealed standards, including realignment of intersection approaches and increasing flood immunity.Total cost of proposed project is $815,000
Greenlake Road, Sandrinham - 104467-19QLD-RTR
Currently this road is unsealed and does not provide adequate road formation and safer travel conditions to cater for increasing traffic demand in the northerly catchments.Upgrading to sealed standards, including increasing flood immunity.Total cost of proposed project is $805,000
Tasman Avenue, Lethbridge Park - 104454-19NSW-RTR
The existing road pavement is deteriorating and showing signs of distress like crocodile cracking.Proposed treatment is reconstruction of existing pavement with some kerb and gutter repairs.
Prime Drive, Seven Hills - 104456-19NSW-RTR
The existing road pavement is deteriorating and showing signs of distress like crocodile cracking.Replace defective pavement to a depth of 175mm followed by 50mm mill and fill for the full section. project also includes some kerb and gutter repairs.
Brabham Drive, Eastern Creek - 104459-19NSW-RTR
Road pavement deteriorated and showing sings of failure like cracking and rutting.Reconstruction of localised defected areas including roundabouts and apply 50mm mill and fill for the full section of the road.
Power Street, Glendenning - 104461-19NSW-RTR
The existing road pavement is deteriorating and showing signs of distress like different types of cracking and ravelling.Pavement rehabilitation which consists of pavement reconstruction and some kerb and gutter repair works.
Green Street, Alexandra - 104401-19VIC-RTR
Significant pavement failures and surface degradationRehabilitation. digout 150mm stabilise 200mm and reinstate with 150mm new pavement. Reinstate sealed surfaceTotal cost of proposed project is $40,611
Yandeyarra Road (#395) (rural road) - 104400-19WA-RTR
Yandeyarra Road is the sole access for the Yandeyarra Community. The road is crossed by the Yule River and several small creeks. Access is often restricted after rain fall events due to inadequate creek crossings.Floodway, install new concrete slab total 70m x 4 @200mm thick with double SL72 mesh.
