Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Kurrajong Street, Charleville. - 105528-19QLD-RTR
Cracking, Stripping of existing seal.Single coat seal -10mm with 3% PMB bitumen.
Station Street, Lake Boga - 105545-19VIC-RTR
The road has developed large longitudinal deflections, rutting and the kerb & channel is holding water.Reconstruct existing 9.6 metre wide pavement, replace existing kerb & channel and asphalt the Lalbert Road intersection. Length 260 metres.
Deloraine Rd, Kersbrook - 105516-19SA-RTR
Deloraine Rd is an unsealed road (excluding the unmade portion) featuring a floating/ gravel surface. Overtime, traffic and weather has worn away this surface, gravel has been lost, and the underlying pavement is exposed. This has resulted in a rutted and rough driving surface with low rideability.Rip and tyne the existing surface, add 150 mm crushed limestone, shape and compact surface, tidy up swales to tie in with new levels.
Magary Rd, Mt Torrens - 105515-19SA-RTR
Magary Rd is an unsealed road (excluding the unmade portion) featuring a floating/ gravel surface. Deviation Road, Basket Range - 105513-19SA-RTR
The seal on 320 m of Deviation Rd has reached the end of its useful life. Maintaining the aged seal has become a maintenance burden for Council, and the cracks are letting water through, which will compromise the pavement over time.Profile 30 mm of existing aged and oxidised seal and reinstate with 40 mm new asphalt, using an asphalt mix which is high in recycled content.Total cost of proposed project is $175,000
Siems Road (Rural Road) - 105387-19VIC-RTR
The road pavement has deteriorated and shows signs of failure such as depressions, cracking and general roughness as well presenting and excessive amenity issue with dust control.The entire section of road pavement will be spray sealed and appropriate sized stones applied as per Council’s maintenance protocols.
Great Central Road (Rural Road) - 105543-19WA-RTR
The road in the majority of its length is a graded track that requires upgrade to a formed road with a gravel pavementreform and gravel re-sheet over extruding cap rock for 5 kilometres
