Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Kywong Howlong Rd (Rural Road) - 105899-19NSW-RTR
Road is narrow and shoulders are deformed requires widening.Reconstruct and widen shoulders to allow for a minimum of 10metre formation.Total cost of proposed project is $1,185,572
Alma Park Road (Rural Road) - 105900-19NSW-RTR
Road is narrow and deformed and requires reconstruction and widening.Reconstruct 1.1 km of pavement and widen to achieve a 7 metre sealed pavement with a 1 metre unsealed shoulder each side.
Bally Keel Road, Alligator Creek - 105911-19QLD-RTR
Safety compromised by insufficient pavement width for increasing traffic volumes leading to conflict between opposing traffic flows.Pavement widening to provide adequate travel lane geometry for road safety based on increased traffic volumes.Total cost of proposed project is $356,214
Luxford Road and Hythe Street, Mount Druitt Upgrade - Blacktown City Council
The project upgraded the intersection of Luxford Road and Hythe Street to provide a safer and more efficient network. The project includes installation of new traffic signals with pedestrian phases to improve access to and from Mount Druitt Hospital.
Porrende Street Upgrade - Camden Council
The project delivered a new roundabout and approach lanes on Porrende street at the Narellan Sports Hub intersection.
Raby Precinct Intersections Upgrade - Campbelltown City Council
This project will upgrade the intersections between Raby Road and Spitfire Drive and Raby Road and Eagle Vale Drive.
Governor Macquarie Drive Upgrade - Newbridge Road to Alfred Road - Liverpool City Council
The project will upgrade Governor Macquarie Drive between Newbridge Road and Alfred Road, Chipping Norton.
Heathcote Road - Walder Road - Bardia Parade Intersection upgrade - Liverpool City Council
The project will upgrade the existing four-way signalised intersection at Heathcote Road/Walder Road/Bardia Parade, Hammondville.
Hume Highway - Governor Macquarie Drive - Todman Road Intersection upgrade - Liverpool City Council
The project will upgrade the existing signalised intersection between the Hume Highway/Todman Road and Governor Macquarie Drive, Warwick Farm and includes construction of associated road upgrades.
Caddens Road Upgrade, Claremont Meadows - Penrith City Council.
The project upgraded the existing Caddens Road, linking to Werrington Arterial Road.
