Project description

This project is for a corridor study along a section of Coreen Avenue, Penrith, and includes investigation and detailed design into:

  • Widening of Coreen Avenue to four lanes between Castlereagh Road and The Northern Road (Parker Street), Penrith
  • Intermediate intersection upgrades
