Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;

Oxford Street, Glen Innes - 138494-26NSW-RTR
The bitumen seal has reached the end of its useful life and requires resealing. Apply bitumen reseal.
The Esplanade, Perth - 138491-26WA-RTR
The asset condition assessment has identified the need for resurfacing of the asphalt wearing course, renewal of drainage lids and pram ramps. The scope of works includes the following: - Resurfacing approximately 4,580 m² of the existing asphalt wearing course and placement of 4,580 m² of new asphalt - Renewal of eleven drainage lids - Renewal of four pram ramps The additional funding required to complete the project will be provided by the City of Perth.
Hill Street, Perth - 138503-26WA-RTR
The asset condition assessment has identified the need for resurfacing of the asphalt wearing course, renewal of drainage lids and pram ramps. The scope of works includes the following: - Resurfacing approximately 2,280 m² of the existing asphalt wearing course and placement of 2,280 m² of new asphalt - Renewal of two drainage lids The additional funding required to complete the project will be provided by the City of Perth.
Hamilton Road, New Gisborne - 138510-26VIC-RTR
Poor condition pavement and seal, road beyond maintenance and requires rehabilitation. Pavement rehabilitation and sealing, including sealed shoulder, drainge improvements and road safety improvements including intersection upgrade works from spray seal to asphalt at Pierce Road. The road section is approximately 1.2 Km commencing from Pierce Road towards Hastings Drive.
Aitken Street, Gisborne - 138509-26VIC-RTR
Poor condition pavement, seal, road beyond maintenance and requires rehabilitation. Upgrade the existing 243 m road section from Melton Road Round about to Fersfield Road to urban road with Full depth Pavement reconstruction with asphalt wearing course, including Kerb and Channel , Kerb laybacks and drainage network improvement. The works will also include installation of Raised Safety Platform at intersection of Aitken Street and Fersfield Road with associated street lighting.
Jigalong Road (Rural Road) - 054677-14WA-RTR
Poor drainage, heavy corrugation and poor road formation. **WA Special Aboriginal Access Road Project**Improvements to drainage, road formation and gravel sheeting.
Burke and Wills Track, Baynton - 138513-26VIC-RTR
Poor condition pavement, seal, road beyond maintenance and requires rehabilitation. A section of Burke and Wills Track will be widened and upgraded between Annek Lane and Sidonia Road in Baynton. The project includes: about 850m of existing 5m-wide road widened and re-constructed to a 7.6m-wide carriageway, from 300m north of Annek Lane up to 750m south of Sidonia Road roadside drainage improvements,improved roadside signage as required.
Pozieres Road, (Rural Road) - 138432-26QLD-RTR
Pozieres Road connects Granite Belt Drive to Amiens Road and services a number of apple farms and other small crops. The small crop operations require frequent trucking of produce and the apple growing enterprises use maximum loaded trucks during the picking season. This project is to conduct drainage improvements, sections of road rehabilitation and resealing at various locations along the road.

The small crop operations require frequent trucking of produce and the apple growing enterprises use maximum loaded trucks during the picking season. This project is to conduct drainage improvements, sections of road rehabilitation and resealing at various locations along the road.
Maude Road, (Rural Road) - 137873-26NSW-RTR
Road is too narrow for heavy vehicles resulting in close vehicular conflicts. It is proposed to widen and seal to 8.0 m width and flatten road batters where required.
