Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Faithful Street, Goulburn - 067285-16NSW-RTR
The existing section required new kerb and gutter with new pavement surface. Residents have been complaining for flooding and drainage problems due to water coming of the road surface which a 18.4 wide pavement.A new geometrical design has been prepared 8m two lane carriageway plus 5.2 wide parking area along the 630 m long section. 900 m of new kerb and gutter with 5 new pits and 110 m long pipe network to cater for the currently poor drainage facilities.
Majura Road, Pialligo - 067286-16ACT-RTR
Traffic congestion from vehicles exiting Majura Business Park, travelling towards the new Majura Parkway and Canberra City Centre.Widening Majura Road pavement by three metres up to 150 metres east of the Fairbairn Avenue intersection. The works will result in fully utilised two double right turn lanes plus one completely free left slip turn lane. The works include complimentary two metre wide concrete footpath to improve pedestrian and cycle access to Majura Business Park.
Atheldene Drive, St Albans - 067287-16VIC-RTR
The existing road pavement exhibits areas of severe roughness and loss of shape. In addition significant lengths of concrete kerbing is in a poor condition.The project includes the following major aspects: • Reconstruction of 338 metres of existing road pavement • Reconstruction of 694 metres of existing kerb and channel • Reconstruction of existing vehicle crossings where required • Reconstruction of all damaged footpath • Construction of 637 metres of underground drainage worksTotal cost of proposed project is $618,309
Corella Road, Sunshine West - 067288-16VIC-RTR
The existing road pavement exhibits areas of roughness, severe cracking and loss of shape. In addition significant lengths of concrete kerbing is in a poor condition.The project includes the following major aspects: • Rehabilitation of 575 metres of existing pavement and resurfacing with asphalt • Reconstruction of 1235 metres of kerb and channel • Reconstruction of existing vehicle crossings where required • Construction of 3 road humps • Reconstruction of existing concrete footpath • Construction of 400 metres of new drainageTotal cost of proposed project is $1,043,233
Benjamin Street, Sunshine - 067289-16VIC-RTR
The existing road pavement exhibits areas of severe roughness and loss of shape. In addition significant lengths of concrete kerbing is in a poor condition.The project includes the following major aspects: • Reconstruction of 338 metres of existing road pavement • Reconstruction of 694 metres of existing kerb and channel • Reconstruction of existing vehicle crossings where required • Reconstruction of all damaged footpath • Construction of 637 metres of underground drainage worksTotal cost of proposed project is $761,570
Oakwood Road, Albanvale - 067290-16VIC-RTR
The existing road pavement exhibits areas of roughness, cracking and loss of shape. In addition significant lengths of concrete kerbing is in a poor condition.The project includes the following major aspects: • Rehabilitation of 373 metres of existing road pavement and resurfacing with asphalt • Reconstruction of 739 metres of existing kerb and channel • Construction of 3 traffic islands and 1 road hump • Reconstruction of existing vehicle crossings where required • Reconstruction of all damaged footpath • Construction of 252 metres of underground drainage worksTotal cost of proposed project is $725,087
Smith Street, Summer Hill - 067291-16NSW-RTR
Distressed Road surface has wide-spread potholes and extensive cracking.Propose to re-sheet the entire length of 0.23km and the width of 10.1m.Total cost of proposed project is $88,000
Edwin Street South - 067292-16NSW-RTR
Distressed Road surface has wide-spread potholes and extensive cracking.Propose to re-sheet the entire length of 0.27km and the width of 11.4m.Total cost of proposed project is $86,500
Norton Street - 067293-16NSW-RTR
Road surface has wide-spread potholes and extensive cracking and also this section of the road needs drainage, kerb and gutter improvement..Propose to re-sheet the entire length of 0.26km and the width of 6.6m. Works include drainage improvement and kerb and gutter re-construction.Total cost of proposed project is $65,000
